What Satoru is adding to his card with Goro-Goro? Every ability reflects Goro-Goro. It seems like Satoru is adding some colors and nothing more. The card itself isn't very good either.
I mean, Multani's "contribution" to Yargle & Multani is just being a green card to double Yargle's stats. It has nothing reflecting either ofMultani's cards specifically.
Just out of curiosity, what would happen if Kaya used her -3 on something like Dress Down?
The players get in a big argument about what happens. I'd look at the official rulings on Humility (regarding it's interaction with Opalescence). Short answer: yes it loses its abilities, but no that doesn't make it gain them again.
Those examples are multiple permanents interacting with each other, though, using timestamp rules.
This would be a single "creature" on the battlefield with its own ability to shut off all creature abilities, not influenced by other permanents. Would that not change how the rules would approach it?
The "from exile" part catches my eye here more than anything. Are we going to see more cards worded like Misthollow Griffin and Squee, The Immortal in the coming future?
I surely hope so!
Cards cast via Rebound, Suspend, Cascade, etc... are also technically cast from exile and would be shut off by this.
There have got to be some ridiculous things this can do, but so far the best I can think of is using it after legend ruling Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx to get Even More Mana. Maybe some kind of shenanigans with Inkmoth Nexus and another manland, say Lair of the Hydra?
Oboro, Palace in the Clouds + any land that can tap for 4+ mana, and/or any ways to reduce Safehouse's cost.
Why does this card have absolutely nothing mechanically in common with, and no synergy with, and basically doesn't reference in any way beyond then name, Icy Manipulator?

I know the card's basically a meme, but still.
Wouldn't she have the Compleated keyword then?
If you want to try and find some combos for this.

It's not flying in the art, it just seems to be doing a dramatic jump out of an exploding automaton.
The card it seems to be a modernization of didn't have flying either.
It can. Note how the rules text mentions "color" and that the Prototype box is colored red.
I'm sure we can find another good candidate to use it on.
