Dovin's Veto is another slap in the face unfortately. a complete, huge, slap. Sure, give the tier 1 control deck ANOTHER overpowered toy.
The worst thing in my opinion is that Veto not only pushes UWX ahead, it pushes anything else Control out.
Angrath's Rampage looks allright, but we already have K-Command and Dreabore, which both do a better job in my opinion.It is also outclassed by Lilianas Triumph.
Does this guy make the 2 drop spot finnaly have something worthwhile, and in the late game is able to cast any of our bolts?
I don't think there is enough payoff.Maybe if you also run Flame Slash, or if you run a version with Batterskull or other equipment.Else it is just a 1/3 that is easy to remove without leaving value.
What to cut for it is another question.
Thanks! It seems like Pyro is good against most decks... Surprised it doesn't show up in main more often. It always gets me when I'm not expecting it, but I've never actually played it myself. Apparently it's a big Legacy staple too, must be pretty good!
Legacy has Force of Will to protect it and some other free spells to have a better pay off though.

Locally we have Merfolk,Burn;Grixis Death's Shadow, Dredge,Mardu Reanimator,G Tron,U Tron ,E-Tron,Elves, UB(W) Mill,Storm,8 Rack sometimes Humans,Death and Taxes,Grixis Pyromancer.
Several lists already play Inquisition of Kozilek/Thoughtseize and Ancestral Vision, all cards that play fairly well with Electrodominance. JVP can also be "flashed" in with this card after representing a counterspell, among other creatures and walkers.
I could see this card working to bridge the gap between discard and counterspells as the game progresses.

Draw Step IoK,Thoughtseize,maybe Brutality or Serum Visions sounds more level headed and more likely to work.
Fulminator Mage is definitly worth it over Molten Rain if you have the money.
i want to question your land count. 21 on only 4 cantrips seems way too little. i run 23 lands and 8 cantrips for comparison, and i wouldn't run any less. and my curve is lower than yourson top of that. i would go to 22-24 with your build.
Ionize is an ok spell, but i'd look to upgrade it to another cryptic and something else.
P&K, Kalitas or Explosives is very much a meta-dependant decision.
I replaced P&K with another Vendilion Clique and the Nimble Obstructionist in the SB with a second Kalitas last week.
For the rest, basically relacing one Ionize with a Cryptic and maybe the other with a 4th Basic Island?
I am building from Grixis Delver into this currently and would like to have some additional input.
Only played against against Jund,Merfolk,Death Shadow,Dredge,Rock with it so far (several times against each though ,except for Drege).Maybe you guys see some issues with it, which I may not see ?
Out of the matches during the past weeks, I won each aside from the Dredge one where I had to Mulligan to 5 first round .Got a draw after the second round due to time out.
I like Kalitas,Traitor of Ghet main due to a lot of aggro decks locally and as some minor grave hate against stuff like Dredge.
I am also quite happy with Ionize which I originally used as a placeholder for Cryptic Commands.The single U for an unconditional hard counter is quite nice.
I haven't cast Pia and Kiran Nalaar and am on the fence if I switch it with the 2nd Engineered Explosives from the sideboard.
I use Molten Rain as a substitute for Fulminator Mage at the moment.I used 3 copies of Blood Moon in their place before, but I feel better with actual land destruction at the moment.
Should I "upgrade" the Molten Rain to Fulminator Mages first?Or rather play more Cryptics?

My Blood Moons are currently used for Skred,do you think Field of Ruin and Alpine Moon are a good substitue?
