I'm making a Commander deck designed to recast the same spell again and again and again as many times as possible. Specifically I'm thinking about casting Bribery as many times as possible.
There are spells like Fork which are relatively cheap that copy spells. Reiterate can copy spells for Recurrable Buyback. Archaeomancer can return the card from our graveyard to our hand. But again that's a one time deal. Mizzix's Mastery can cast the spell with Flash but then it's exiled and we can't cast it again.
I need a good consistent loop for getting back instant or sorceries from graveyards. Other than that, permanents that reduce costs of spells may be the next most important item.
