MTG Salvation

I'm not sure if the timeline matches up as far as Lazav having control of the Dimir and everything, but could this potentially planeswalking baby be Ashiok? We don't know Ashiok's plane of origin or age (or species, so it would be a bit disappointing if they turned out to be human but it's possible) and we saw Merret use nightmare magic during the story. I'm pretty new to following the MTG story so I don't know if there are any details that make this untrue, but it's a theory at least.
