  • posted a message on MTG Salvation Fourms are Severely Uptight.
I will probably get another warning for this. Doesn't really matter, ban me for all I care. These forum warnings are get SEVERELY STUPID. Yes thats right I said it. Now giving warnings for double posting, illegal bumping, flaming, stupid comments, or just being rude are understandable. But I just got a warning for not using card tags.........

He said little differences in words could make a big difference, YET EVERYONE WHO REPLIED UNDERSTOOD ME and answered my question perfectly (O noes there goes another one for using caps). So what if Abbreviate Mistbind Clique by calling it Mistbind. I posted it in a Type 2 thread so it should be obvious.

Are mods just bored and have nothing better to do? Do the admins give mods a set amount of warnings they have to give per day? Whats going on? Some of these warnings are just plain stupid.

My two cents, not that anyone cares. P.S I used card tags.....

  • posted a message on Question about Mistbind Clique and Pestermite
If i play Pestermite tapping one of my opponents lands, or play Mistbind and tap all his lands. During his upkeep.

Can he respond by tapping all his land and have mana floating in his pool. I think he can. But the real question is will he get mana burned once he enters Main Phase 1. Meaning he can only play instants or creature with flash correct?

Card tags, please. Read the Forum Guidelines.

  • posted a message on New Revialark Deck - How does the combo work?
    Quote from weatherguy
The combo has become an "additional" win condition. As Shin said, the tempo/control facets of the deck are now the most important factors. The C/A generated by the deck digs for threats and answers better than any deck in standard, at least currently. It just buries most decks in card advantage. If you draw into the combo, and haven't won yet, then go off. GG:).

Yeah, I love the fact that i can wrath my lark and bring back mulldrifter and cloudskate draw 2 cards and bounce another permanent.

Sorry to bump this but i got one question about the combo...

If you activate Mirror Entity For 0 wouldn't it kill entity the first time you activate it therefore you can't activate for more more then once? Or you can bypass this by doing it all at once? Just need a little clarification. I'm thinking about running this deck after going 1-4 with my current deck at a tourney...

Is it possible to counter a creature that has shroud? It can't be the target of spell or abilities right?:-/

Currently I'm running U/B Faeries, Mono-Black Rogue, and White Weenie. I've been wanting to make a Tarmofolk deck but it's just to damn expensive. Plus there's other decks that beat it that cost half the price.

Lots of agro decks, Only liable combo decks I know of worth playing are Rev and pickle lock. Just my opinion please save the flames......:-/

  • posted a message on Buying Magic Boxes tips?
    Quote from Krashbot
If you're actually buying them weekly, you might want to consider buying a case (6 boxes). I don't know what the prices look like everywhere, and it's only like $5 cheaper than just buying 6 boxes individually at SCG, but I would expect you could save quite a lot on shipping that way. It's a lot of money when you buy it, but you only have to buy one every month and a half instead of one a week.

yeah its just easier for us to get 20 bucks a week and throw down, as opposed to getting the total of 6 boxes.

Im not the only one spending money on the boxes so its not to bad. We just to it to draft and have fun.

I've been buying boxes almost weekly now just because we've been drafting weekly. We get 8 friends, throw down a fair share each and draft a box.

Anyone know any good places online that sell boxes for cheaper than average? (Not something to drastic, even if it's only by 3 bucks less or cheaper shipping)

Currently i'm getting them for 79.99, shipping is 10 bucks.

Ebay stores count too! I just don't like bidding..

These guys sounds more like announcers. The other dudes just sounded like a regular players, there were very unprofessional. During world i remember twice that chapin said " OOO and just to let the announcers know i made that play because (i forgot the reason)" And pretty much gave away chapins plan because they were talking to loud. As well as cursing doing the the final presentation of worlds.
