MTG Salvation

I placed an order with a website about 2 months ago for a product they sold. After a month I still hadn't received the item so the company issued me a refund on it. I just now received the item in the mail, which is almost a full two months from the initial order date and after I already was given a refund for it almost a month ago. Is there anything I have to do regarding this situation?

This is notice that I won't be renewing my lease. I had to argue with him about that too because he said that since my lease expired but I never signed on for another year then it was assumed I automatically would be there another year. I told him it should go to a month to month basis since I never actually signed anything after the initial 1 year lease.

I've looked over my lease and can't find anything on what he says which I told him but he says that that doesn't matter since his documents do say it and that is what he is going off of. I asked to see the documents but he said that I would have to get a legal request in order to see them.

I feel my landlord is being unreasonable. I gave him my 30 day notice to move out and he said that my moving out is only official if I can meet two requirements.
First, he said that I have to take pictures of the house after I pack everything up so he can upload them to his rental website. He said I have to do this by the 15th or else my notice to him is void. Second, he said that there has to be a tenant ready to move in by the 30th. If there isn't then he said I have to pay next months rent to tide him over.
I told him that his requirements seem unreasonable and he said that if I try to leave after he voids my notice then he will take me to court to force me to comply.

At my work no one can spell properly so on the memos Management is abbreviated MTG which is not the correct.

I was thinking of donating some money but then saw that you only get a digital copy.
I really wish more people would give out physical DVDs. Also, this documentary really does make us seem nerdy and not in the good way.

My LGS didn't do anything. They were originally going to do a Standard tourny then decided not to so it became just a free play day.

I was wondering why it is that Wizards doesn't sell DVDs of their Championship tournaments. It would be a great way for them to make extra money since I'm sure lots of people would like to watch them.

Also, does anyone know of any sites that might have these matches in DVD format? I know you can go online and watch them but I would love a physical version. I can't download and burn these matches onto DVDs myself because I don't have a computer.

I'm thinking Sin Collector would be good as a 1 or 2 of to get rid of sweepers.

What could a deck look like using the best humans possible in B/W? I have a general idea but would like to see what you all come up with.

I tried out Imposing Sovereign and it really is a beast. It works great on the defense and the offense. Same with the Xathrid Necromancer

How reliably can Skirsdag High Priest pull off the Morbid ability in a game?

Would Frontline Medic be a nice addition for going on the offensive or is it too slow?

I can't believe I forgot about the Cavern and the new necromancer. I like the paladin because he can give double strike to my other guys. The main issue I'm having is that the deck seems to be trying to pull towards aggro, midrange, and control all at the same time so I don't know what to do with it.

How well could a BW Human deck do? What would go into it? My base is:

Champion of the Parish
Dark Confidant
Silverblade Paladin
Path to Exile
Thoughtseize
Mutavault
Godless Shrine
Marsh Flats

I have no clue where to take it from here and would appreciate your input.

What is the general opinion on Sin Collector? Is this guy good enough for Modern? What sort of decks would play him? I'm thinking he could fit in a Junk build or some kind of Esper control.

People forget that Tidebinder Mage is part of the hate cycle. I think Imposing Sovereign is gonna see lots of play in both aggro and control. It helps clear the way for attacks and helps to slow down aggro all at the same time.

I'm so glad that Scavenging Ooze is in M14. I've been waiting to try that card out in some decks for Modern now I can since it's legal now and the price is dropping. It seems to work really nice in Midrange. Also I was wondering if it is good to buy the Ooze at $13 a piece now or wait until it possibly goes even lower.

Scourge of Valkas does make me want to try Dragonstorm again. I think him plus Bogardan Hellkite is just what is needed to make it finish people off easier. However, the fact that we no longer have Seething Song worries me.

Question: How would it play out if you brought out multiple Scourge of Valkas with Dragonstorm?
