With the set Dominaria came Legendary sorceries ex Karn’s Temporal Sundering which “can only be cast if you control a legendary creature or planeswalker”.
My question(s)
- Jhoira of the Ghitu is suspending it. She dies. 4 upkeeps after the spell should be put on the stack - but at this point in the game I do not control a Legendary permanent of one sort or the other. What happens? Does the spell fizzle?
- I know you may only suspend at the time the spell type could originally be cast (no suspension of sorceries on your opponents turn) But what about confront the assault or even the odds
1) can I only suspend if I am getting attacked/controls less creatures.. and 2) what happens if it is put on the stack when my opponent is not attacking/have less creatures?
Would this be the same as the legendary sorcery?
I know “grab bags” are not allowed And I hope not this is one.
Couldn’t find answers on this specific with suspended cards - have they yet to make a ruling?

A text-changing effect that affects such a spell or an object with such an ability can change these words because they're being used as creature types, even though they're also being used as names.

Artificial Evolution changes all instances of a creature type on a card with another, my question is: Does it change the non-types as well?
Say I have a Requiem Angel on the board - I want to change the word 'spirit' with 'Eldrazi'
Does it also change "non-spirit" to "non-Eldrazi"?
I'm guessing yes - but need it confirmed.
