I've tried all kinds. It doesn't seem to matter what I play. I don't do draft on Arena - too expensive (and have to win 5000 coins to starts with)
I started with Rakdos Vehicles -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTCZousI51c&t=2s this deck. I tried mono red (Bomat, Ahn Crop, Kari Zev and so on). Mono green with Steel leaf, Lanowar, Rhonas etc. Mono black with Gifted Aetherborn and Gllint sleeve..so on.
I started playing between Weatherlight and Tempest. I've been in pretty much most prereleases from Worldwake, 2 GPs (2012-2013), several weekly PTQs and Standards/Drafts since Theros. Never really won much.
As for Arena - I just find it too difficult. No matter what I do, seems opponents ALWAYS have the counter for it. I've stuck to one or 2 decks for days (MANY hours) trying to work out how to run the deck/s...but nothing.
After 6 hours a day, for a month and a half and not winning one game, I think that was trying to tell me it's time to call it quits?. I did give it my all for that time - trying netdecks, watching guides, playing the pre-mades, searching the web for more decks. Nothing worked. I mean to put that much time and effort into it, and not progressing anywhere, getting slaughtered EVERY game..was it just a waste of time?
