Hello all im thinking makeing a first sliver commander deck. I was wondering about cascade when exactly can someone respawn to me cascadeing?. Is it once im all done putting them onto the stack or one at a time they get to respawn?. Was watching command zone about stack and thing called holding priority that why im asking. The idea is try keep them tapped and deal damage to them at same time set up my win cons. I play against alot heavy creature builds so i wanna run cards that punish ppl for haveing things tapped. Eaither it be creatures for not attacking take damage or artifacts ect.
Hi all im trying play brago as my commander and was wondering. For white blue cards or artifacts im thinking keep everyones stuff tapped and was looking for cards similar to angels triumph and thrown of the god pharow. I was thinking since i dont do most damage outside of going infinit im try make my win condition better and was thinking of damageing ppl on what is tapped.

after i summoned sliver legion now would it enter the bf as a changeling type since my creatures gain changeling until end of turn? if so that mean i could use reaper king trigger to destroy a permenent right?
i have a question about morph i havent played them before so my question is this. can i attack with the 2/2 creature once my opponent declares no blockers can i use the morph ability flip the creature face up and have its ability happen?.
So question i was wondering torrential gearhulk ability lets you cast instant from graveyard and if it went to graveyard this turn instead exile it. Now does that mean if i cast say counterspell then next turn i flickered gear hulk trigger let me cast it from grave since it went to graveyard last turn do i need exile it now?.

So my question is the card backlash tap untapped creature. It deals damage based on its power to its controler so can i tap a enemy commander and it deals damage to that opponent and he have commander damage?
