The Baron's Return
Sorry for the self-indulgent challenge! Had kind of hoped people would find more uses for this.
graffd02 - The demon I really like, even though the Dreamwoven version seems REALLY strong as an early game play. Reads as something like "Pay 4 life: If your opponent has 3 or more cards in hand at the end of their next turn, they discard their hand". That's fierce on turn 2.
I'm not feeling the Musketeer as a white card mechanics-wise. It's either a cheaper off-color Archivist or it's two Howling Mines for the price of one. The idea is nice though! I wouldn't see very much wrong with this if it was in blue.
Mergatroid_Jones - If I was doing my usual scoring schtick, I was going to give a bonus half point to anyone who did literally that Legend as part of their submission! So grats. Had a lot of fun thinking of high-end spells which are crazy in an Ushra EDH.
Meanwhile... Gathering of Fae is way more clever than I realised on first reading. Would like even more if the tokens had flying, partly as air defense but mainly as a Scryb Sprites callback. Glass Storm is a CRUEL way to regulate whoever's winning a large multiplayer game if you Dreamweave it. Ushra's Joke is some interesting blue-on-blue meta but seems fine in its niche.
Mostly I like that you ran with the dreamland vibe really nicely. Props for that.
Subject16 - Spreading Nightmares is a straightforward good design. Love how it scales into (functionally) a near Wrath effect in multiplayer. That's both playable & appropriate.
Alternative Route is HORRIFYINGLY strong if you don't Dreamweave it. A Wheel Of Fortune for just me should cost way more. Passing Thought is straightforward but no less charming.
Winner: Mergatroid_Jones (mainly for Gathering of Fae, but also for general delicious flavor).

Creature - Werewolf Skeleton
, exile a creature card from your graveyard: Return target creature card with equal or lower converted mana cost from your graveyard to the battlefield with an Abomination token.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if a player cast two or more spells last turn, sacrifice all creatures you control with an Abomination token.
When Full Moon Revenant leaves the battlefield, sacrifice all creatures you control with an Abomination token.

That does seem just a little cheap, but let's get on with it!
