So the stack looks like this if no one counters the spells or triggered abilities?
1) When Maelstrom is cast:
Top
Cascade (Flamekin)
Cascade ("searched card with Flamekin")
Bottom
2) When Flamekin ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from Flamekin ETB
Flamekin ETB trigger (putting searched card on top of Lib.)
Cascade ("searched card")
Bottom
3) When "searched card" ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from "searched card" ETB
"searched card" ETB trigger (if any)
Bottom
4) When Maelstrom ETB:
Top
Maelstrom Wanderer ETB
Risen Reef trigger from Maelstrom Wanderer
Bottom

Do I get to choose which of Phyrexian Arena or Twilight Prophet's triggered abilites go on the stack first?
Example 1: Beginning of my upkeep the top card that is revealed due to Vampire Nocturnus is a land card, and I therefore choose to use Phyrexian Arena's ability on the first drawn card and hope for a card with a high CMC for Twilight Prophet. Hence Twilight Prophet goes on the stack first and Phyrexian Arena second, so that Phyrexian Arena resolves first.
Example 2: Beginning of my upkeep the top card that is revealed due to Vampire Nocturnus is a card with a high CMC, and I therefore reverse the order of the triggered abilities.
So...
What happens when I have a Necroskitter on the battlefield and my opponent has a Vesuvan Doppelganger on the battlefield that has copied my Necroskitter.
One of my opponents creatures with a -1/-1 counter it dies and then what happens?
Okay. Makes sense I guess.
What about if Zulaport Cutthroat is on the battlefield and the opponent plays Living Death
Will that cause several triggers from Zulaport Cutthroat for each creature he must sacrifice?
Thank you very much!!

Is this correct?
Just to confirm that I understand the stack correctly.
I've read this thread:
https://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/magic-fundamentals/magic-rulings/814612-yarok-the-desecrated-risen-reef-flamekin-harbinger
and it leads me to a question regarding casting Maelstrom Wanderer.
If I cast Maelstrom Wanderer and cascade into Flamekin Harbinger while Risen Reef is on the battlefield.
Maelstrom states "When you cast this spell..."

Phyrexian Arena
Vampire Nocturnus
Twilight Prophet

Cliffhaven Vampire on the battlefield.
Will Fumigate cause Cliffhaven Vampire to trigger several times for each creature destroyed?
