    I think there is something he wants on Ravnica which might have something to do with reclaiming his old omnipotence. MTG story mentions that he lost pieces of himself across various planes when he battled Leshrac ((Ravnica, Kamigawa, Mercadia, and Ulgrotha) including Ravnica.
