I have heard some players talk about some of the guilds might team up in the battle with bolas. I personally love Sultai but now that golgari and dimir are split that won't happen. So I started thinking about Jund when I realized there is the perfect chararcter to see in the battle. A character who lives on Ravnica, loves wars, and is Jund.
I am pretty sure that Necrotic Ooze would lose the abilities of other creature in the graveyard. The only way that it keeps its ability is if the clause on Lazav, the Multifarious about keeping this ability applies to necrotic ooze's main static ability of having all activated abilities of creatures in the graveyard.
So basically, Necrotic Ooze just becomes a legendary creature copy of the targeted creature in the graveyard named Necrotic Ooze.
Where you were confused is that Necrotic Ooze does not become Lazav when it uses its ability, it becomes a copy of the other creature(whatever you target) and then looses the abilities.
Personally, I think the art is quite cool. From the art though, the knight looks mono red in the artifact deck. The zombie makes me think its not a creature but a spell in the top-of-deck-matters esper deck. The spider is almost assuredly jund. I also think that the moth girl is black white in the esper deck. The theros girl is bant enchantment. And lastly, I like the thought that the mask lady is a shape shifter. She definetly has blue tones to her, and I think she is in the esper warp reality deck.
I think that it is cool that there will be more three color planeswalkers. I personally am rooting for a sultai planeswalker that could steal other planeswalkers abilities, some sort of spark thief that has fun planeswalker graveyard abilities.
With Arcbound Ravager you can sac it to its own ability at instant speed to put the counters on another creature in response to the target.
It's Shattergang Brothers.
So do you think that Wizards might make a new card for Shattergang Brothers in one of the new sets?
