Apparently the Dimir are next. It's not really looking good for them with mechanics, with cipher excluded for beign weak and surveil ascending to evergreen status.
Ravnica Remastered is meant to recreate the Ravnican drafts of the past, so the set's archetypes follow that point. To aid that here's every Guildgate, every Signet, and Chromatic Lantern. There's a manafixing spot per draft booster, which can contain either of these or a shockland. And yes, the Guildgates do come in retro frame.
The main stipulation of Ravnica Remastered is that the card has to be from that plane. That means we're not restricted to Ravnica sets, just see if the card has been associated to the world. For example, this next card plastered to the side of the mothership is former Jumpstart legend Bruvac the Grandiloquent.
The stipulation for this episode of Shuffle Up & Play is to run ten preview cards from next year's Ravnica Remastered set. For some reason that meant four RX decks, but sure. First up is Prof's deck, led by Niv-Mizzet, Parun (whose card we already saw so here's the borderless anime version). Other cards included are Crackling Drake, Spark Double, Cyclonic Rift, Izzet Charm and Izzet Signet.
Did they just powercreep Thrill of Possibility after already powercreeping Tormenting Voice after powercreeping Wild Guess? I guess Demand Answers is now the new standard for simple red rummaging effects to beat.
I remember people used to call Wild Guess the worst card draw spell of all time. The floor started pretty damn low.
