I agree with Stille_Nacht.
I would suggest also to look for menfolks decks. Menfolks deck usually not too expensive and competitive. Nikachu has a lot of YouTube content about this deck.
Please, people who use Jace, the Mind Sculptor can you share your experience with that card in fae deck? In which match-ups that card shines and in which it gets cut ?
If you are talking about liliana last hope. I belive she is good for side deck. I don't think it is good idea to main board her unless there are a lot of creature based deck in your local meta
How do you feel about the 2 copies of ancestral visions? I wanted to use 4, but they sometimes feel too slow. On the other hand isn't 2 too few? It seems like the type of card that you want on turn 1 and not later.
I don't like ancestral vision, I use to run 4 of them as my main one drop. However, modern is very fast format and most of the time, turn 4 card draw doesn't help. What I understand from my experience of playing faeries ,that most important turns are one and two. On turn one in my opinion, hand disruption spells are much stronger than ancestral vision. Jeff Hoggland played faeries recently. I really like his deck and agree with most of his points about the deck. Here you can check his last game.
Also here is the deck I am currently running. I did not play vs humans yet, as in my local meta mostly burn, goblins, tron ,storm, grix shadow and jund decks. Hope I will find a human player this FNM
I've been thinking about building faeries to have a second modern deck. Been reading the last few pages and saw it mentioned that the white splash (and scion of oona) are both things that people don't stick with. Why is that? I can understand the scion being lackluster, but I saw this list with quellers and teferi and thought it looked pretty great:
though I think mistbind clique is a neat card, so I'd probably try swapping out the jaces I lack for those..
Seems to be going down hand disruption for extra paths and the quellers. Just wondering what the problem with going for the white splash seemed to be.
Thanks!
In my opinion adding 3d colour mess mana pretty hard. I think running creeping tar pit and mutavault give much more benefits than splashing 3d colour. Usually, hand disruption and fatal pushes is enough to protect yourself from big threats, therefore, I don't see the reason to add 3d colour.
I've not personally tried just slotting it in, but it doesn't seem particularly good. Delver is a pretty weak creature in modern, and its not a faerie, which really hurt it. You also pretty much have to play serum visions along side it, which some people already do, but not everyone does.
Its also a pretty weak topdeck lategame, like many other cards we play are (bitterblossom, discard, ancestral, etc). I just don't see the value added by delver to be enough to outweigh these disadvantages.
Yah, it is too slow. I tried running 4 delvers in my last FNM and almost in every matchups people just kill him after he transforms.
I run 2 mutavault because I feel 4 screw my mana a lot. I used Jace, the Mind Sculptor and I don't like it. The card is great but for me it feels like it too much grindy with bitterblossom. I want to play aggro control not full control. Therefore, I cut 2 of them from my deck. Spell snare is great card. In my local meta it does a lot. I usually counter a lot of remand, tarmogoyf, it is great against storm decks. It cost only one mana ,so I cut mana leak and replace them with spell snare
Does quickling have a place in ub faeries ? I want to run two, bounce some faeries or snap-caster for tempo play. If somebody already tried it, please tell me your experience with it.
My current deck:
Hello guys. Does anybody runs smuggler's copters with faeries nowadays ? If smuggler's copter still viable, when and with witch build should I run it ?

yaeh, 1 or 3 drop playable fae would be awesome
I am so afraid of that "SHAKE" to be honest
