eer has no case that either of us is lying. eer has paraphrased wording from a confirmation PM that he is getting overexcited about and choosing to believe is making him into a race cop as well as an ability-giver even though his PM doesn't tell him he's a race cop.

eer has already shown a tendency to get ahead of himself with how he responded to the query of why he didn't target mmod- I'm not interpreting his change of reason as scummy, but I do interpret it as evidence he's not really thinking this through.

There's simply nothing in this case but someone reading too much into the wording of a confirmation PM. The reality is that if I'm not an ork, not only must cp and I be scum together, but we both publically lied to try to establish me as an ork rather than a machine. Anyone who thinks that's the most likely explanation for this situation, please stick your neck out and vote for me or cp. Let's make sure we all know exactly who you are.

I can't speak for how eer gets his flavour messages, but I'm an ork and someone else has specifically outed me as an ork. I doubt very, very much that eer is a race cop on top of granting abilities to other people. I think he's simply reading too much into his flavour messages.

I vaguely wonder why he granted an ability to me last night and not to the cleared townie mmod, which is what I would have done with it last night, but such is life.

I'd guess that what is going on here is that EER was the one that targeted me N0, giving me an additional ability. Most likely, the response that he received as indication of success of this was particular in it's flavor, and was drastically different than that which he received after he targeted RafK(which is pretty obviously indicating a machine).
