on fast slivers is it possible to use sedge instead of automation? I don't want to buy automation so would like to know if someone has already tried this change. Not sure if adding swamps to the manabase make it inconsistent.

Nothing very exciting, we are going to continue being a bad deck x.x

Nice, I think that the chances are high, this is the best set to test new things in modern and slivers need some help. Hope to see hibernation or cristaline, we need them to try to become a competitive deck.

What would the deck look like with these two cards?

Nice result! Yes I’m going to try striking MD.Sindwinder isn’t good against creatures too?

This was the first time against martyr and felt terrible. He had 8 global removal MD and 4 path. Game 2 I was able to counter one wrath with warping wail but he had another one and was always gaining life.

Just played a 18 people tournament today. Went 3-2 and on top 8 lost to affinity. Lost to martyr proc(impossible matchup) and company with reliquary and colerahelm combo (he settled the wreckage my letal attack on g2 x.x). Won against budget hollow one, mono green stompy and humans. I played homing sliver main deck and it won me games against humans (fetch for galerider) and stompy. I’m a little desappointed with the deck in current meta, almost every deck is good against us. I’m thinking to try fast slivers instead the company, as my field is aggro, this version might be better, not sure.

Haven't you tried yet to modify the sideboard and include a combo on it to surprise our opponents? As on g2 they usually bring creature removal we could include a combo to our sb that don't use creature, something that they won't be prepared or anything else, I don't know, just a thought that came in mind. I don't think it would be a good idea, as our mana base uses too colourless mana.

Are there possibilities that new/old slivers be printed/reprinted in modern horizons?

Played a 10 people modern tournament saturday, went 2-2. Won against rg valakut and burn. Lost to Dredge and devoted company, both matchups seem impossible to win. Didnt have lucky against devoted company, first game he combed me on turn 3 and game 2 even with removal he was able to combo, and dredge I lost in four turns both games, seem that if we dont get a very good hand with some relics the matchup seem really hard.

    Nice results!

Could you make a post talking about sideboarding? I’m having trouble siding against tron, control and spirits. Thanks!

What about testing some spellsktie main deck? It seems a good blocker early game and help against some removals

I think humans are going to get more popular now with lavina, that card is too powerfull, it’s playing vintage!

Why do we use blur slivers instead others slivers? It’s advantage doesn’t seem powerfull, unless we have manaweft sliver into play. Maybe syphon can be better than it, or some removal..

I’ve been thinking about liquimetal coating + harmonic sliver after sideboard post sideboard. Any thoughts? It’s not a good combo but might get some decks...

Was able to finish the deck IRL and played with it last friday, a tournament with around 18 people but because of the pre release the prize were splitted on top 8 and we played only 5 rounds. The deck felt pretty solid but it demands a lot of practice. I went 3-2.

Burn 1-2: Game 3 I was able to play darkheart sliver but he putted into play that dinosaur that don’t allow players to gain life. That won him the game.

Jund with white splash 2-0: Pretty easy both games. Sedge sliver was the best card, it’s very good against those removals.

Grixis ds 1-2: I always forget to care more about the opponent's life when he is playing ds, and it costs me the game. On game 3 I was with 6 slivers and the flying one into play and his ds was 5/5, I attacked with 3 or 4 slivers and his ds got 10/10. On his turn he used temur battlerange and closed the game. If I had waited to attack with all my slivers my next turn I'd have won.

UW spirits 2-1: Won pretty quickly the g1, g2 made a mistake and lost and g3 he wasn't able to find the second land.

UW control 2-1: The first game I won on turn 4, game 2 he used wrath and I wasn't able to win anymore and game 3 was a very rough game. I was able to survive against 3 wraths because of frenetic sliver, it is the best card in this matchup. Sliver hive was really good too, helped me to put pressure.

    I ran the ekienhol's list.

which is the most consistent mana base? Is urborg good? The 3 shocks must produce black mana? Saw versions using breeding pool. I’m not sure which fetch i’m gonna use, is ok to use bloodstained mire? Verdants are expensive right now

    1. Don't worth cut 1 striking and maybe 1 necrotic or 1 dark heart for 2 spellskite? It seems a powerful card against all the decks with creature removal and against infect and auras.

    2. What about the sentinel + manaweft used by bowman? Isn't it worth?
