Can anyone provide a step by step guide on how to add the flavor text reminder bar on the new Dominaria cards?
@TywinLannister, the specifics will depend on your resolution. The easy way (assuming Photoshop) is to grab the pen tool and make a line. Use the Direct Selection tool to select the path, then right-click and select "Stroke Path".
Use the Brush tool to stroke the path (which will use whatever brush you have selected at the moment) to make that line. If you want the subtle taper on either end, selecting "Simulate Pressure" will get you awful close.

This frame has no borrowed assets - the only art I didn't draw is Jason Chan's Karn.
