you can always see how many packs are available, how many have sold and contact them to buy them all. That way you get everything that was offered. Though if 10 had been sold I would assume that it held the power 9 (magically).
Hell GP DC in 2010 there were 13 backpacks stolen on Friday alone. This is nothing new, but it does seem to be spreading like wildfire. Makes me wonder.
GP's are also a place where people unload collections. I watched someone get almost 3K cash ($100 bills) for cards. Who's to say someone didn't follow him outside and jack him up for basically untraceable money.
I think that it was a generalized statement to all thieves. It happens constantly, and it's starting to be more common then yugioh snatch and dashes.
Really sucks man. I feel for you, Friend of mine had his backpack stolen from him at a large event, someone went under the table and knifed the strap his leg was through and walked away clean >.<
Edit: GP Baltimore had people following others into the bathrooms and waited until they were relieving themselves and slammed them into the urinals and stole their backpacks and the like. I can imagine how hard it would be to recover from taking a leak, getting my head smashed into the wall, and trying to get my pants up and chase after someone I didn't see, who probably ducked out the side entrance that were near the restrooms.
Sneak Attack is just ugly art. Sad to see CT's first venture into foil's as a Judge, as HaxorSK said it's probably not going to be in FTV:Lands now =p.
I <3 me some Nemesis Trap, it's 2x as amazing if you snag someone's general as they won't be able to recast it again that turn (normally, unless they have tons of mana). The original card in question seems decent enough to try, can never have enough tutors, esp if the found card becomes free to cast.
They can't do Thawing Glaciers as it's on the reserved list (Was a little nervous, as I just picked up the judge one, and others pointed out it was on the "list")
I would love the old art Wasteland (even in a modern frame), Command tower in foil would be sweet. Almost anything in this is going to be amazing.
I am just wondering if it's going to be our (player) idea of amazing or their (wizards) idea of amazing.
I played in 1 commander side event, and it went more or less how I expected to. After losing, we all went out to the lobby and played more after that. Led to fun, and some trades as people walked by and struck up conversations.
2x foil lands (boo)
M12 had Sad Robot, and personal Sanctuary
MBS has Spine and Cryptoplasm
NPH had Xenograft and .... O_o Xenograft
Bleh, but that's what you get when you play the lotto.

The Endrek has some red bleed on the bottom, and on the P/T

Happy ending to what started off as a sad tale.

Couldn't get a decent pic of the O-Stone, but it looks amazing. I laughed fairly hard at the Phyrexian Cookie Monster.
