Spelldreamer - super efficient even being "1-use", and being able to land search this could cause problems, pretty unique effect tho
honorable void_nothing + Subject16
Winner Cardz5000
next Blightsteel
It is excessively efficient, but I dunno. I think it's only pushed as far as the tokens, because it's not basic and has no land types. That being said, it's a little past the wheelhouse of City of Traitors but I reasoned that that is still easier to break with recursion. I was counting on the self shuffle to effectively make you jump for more hoops to get to it again. (I mean at the very least you have to recur something to search for it, and there is honestly still not much that searches for non-basic lands in the permanent field...I can count like four permanents and not all of those are even in modern.) I also was counting on the tokens not being that pushy, but then first hand draw with this is pretty mean in weenie.
So I played around with the idea of only one token, or making the tokens 0/1 tokens, or both, but in the end decided to go with how I'd push it to r n d if I was doing this for realz. It's tough, I couldn't find anything like it and thought it was a pretty cool concept.
Anyway: Blightsteel Harvester - 2
