  • posted a message on Will Wizards stop producing sets after Ravnica?
I have just recently heard from a friend who was looking up some things and saw something that was being discussed. He then told me when I asked him something that Wizards of the Coast will not be producing sets after the next Ravnica set. Anybody got thoughts on that? All I have heard was that after the Ravnica set, they will just be recycling cards in core sets or something. Honestly, one of my posts mentioned the Fourth Sister that was banished from Innistrad, and I would at least like to see her world that she was banished in. Or at least visit Avabuck where Arlinn Kord had come from, or Ulrichs werewolf pack and make a battle deck or something out of it. Give me your feedback. I want to hear it.

Honestly, if SIgarda were to inherit the spear, it would not probably be the same as Avacyn holding the spear, I get it. Thalia may be a Guardian of Thraben, but even then she was only the leader of the Order of Saint Traft, she could not possibly ascend to angelic rank unless she would to die and resurrect as one. I looked up one article saying that Avacyn banished the other Fourth Sister somewhere, but no one knows where she went to. Since Avacyn was the one who banished her, then now since she is dead, the idea of the Fourth Sister coming back may be of an interesting option. Though I heard from a friend that Wizards will stop supposedly producing sets after Ravnica. I would only think that would be possible only due to the fact that they have basically re-visited every set at least twice. They might just recycle cards afterwards, might even see an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in a pack one day. I would only imagine if they were to go to the world where the Fourth Sister was banished and take up a set there, but I highly doubt they will take up that request. Sorry, but Wizards is supposedly running out of ideas.

And yes, Sigarda as I have heard is an Archangel herself, just not as strong.

Even with her spear? I would have thought that that would have done it, but I guess not. But what would he do if he were to make another version of her that is similar, but is completely different? But i got what you were saying though, plus Gisela and Bruna are pretty much dead. The only reason that they would eb dead would be because Emrakul got locked up in the moon and that was what was supposedly keeping Brisela alive or something like that, but now that Emrakul is gone, that does not mean Brisela diffuses, but more or less starts to die. So the only one left that is an Archangel is Sigarda. That is a shame. I bet when Sorin finds Sigarda, he would be quite happy to know she was still sane.

So as they have said: Avacyn is dead. But here is what I have to say: Sorin is still alive and Thalia is holding Avacyns spear, so if Sorin is still alive, will Avacyn be remade? Sorin was the first one to make Avacyn and basically has the blueprints on how to make her. Threats like Nahiri and Emrakul would supposedly have not gotten through if Avacyn was around, but Avacyn got corrupted and later got destroyed and because of that Emrakul came through. Emrakul is locked in the Silver Moon, but she might come out over the course of maybe 10,000 years. 10,000 years may not seem like much, but to Innistrad, it is a short time. Nahiri may be gone, but what if Bolas were to come through? Shouldn't Sorin investigate the cause for Avacyn's corruption and remake her in a way to where she is almost Hexproof? Thalia has her spear, so it still contains what happened to Avacyn, almost like a time keeper and might even tell what happened...if that was possible. I highly doubt that, but it could be a possibility. Sorin is still alive isn't he? So why not make the same Avacyn, but more Hexproof (and make her smile more!) I guess they could make a 5th Avacyn, except they have made so many Avacyn cards to where the 6th one might not be worth as much money. But it might be a good idea, just it might not get as much approval.

  • posted a message on What is Zahid's role, especially as a Djinn, in the future Magic Sets?
I had just heard from a friend that Zahid is just helping out in silence. I questioned this only because he is a Legendary Creature and that typically says he has some form of role in the set. Zahid is technically a Djinn, so he can do whatever the f**k he wants. I think he is helping out to potentially go against Bolas, but I might just be saying a stupid statement. All I do know, if anyone even knows about Djinns, is that Djinns are typically masterminds of pure deception, thus making it a potential challenge if the Marid were to go against Bolas (heads up, Zahid is part of the Marid if anyone knows that already). All I want to know is: is Zahid good or bad, what is his role, and what is he looking for? Does he know about Bolas, I have no idea. What I do know, only a littlr from Tempest Djinn, was that the Marid were one of the first to come to Dominaria from a distant world. So does that mean that they were there before Bolas and the other elder Dragons? More so, does Bolas know about the Marid and what their latent abilities are? Even though Bolas mastered Blue Mana and the abilities behind it, I am questioning if he knows what type of mastery the Djinn have over blue Mana, for it is said that the Marid are the most respected by Storm and Sea, and it does not say Bolas is respected by Storm and Sea, and neither do I think he has the capable abilites the Marid Djinn have. So, the big question to be asked, can Zahid, as a Djinn, be a big name challenge for Bolas (especially if Zahid has the Marid on his side) and potentially do far more damage to Bolas than the Gatewatch did to Bolas? More to say, will the Djinn ever help Teferi Chandra and all the others? Can the Djinn even have the ability to take out Bolas themselves (only considering that they have mastery of some things Bolas does not truly have control over)?

I had just heard that from a friend, but I had no idea Gideon was still involved. Thanks for the feedback, I just wanted to know.

Consider this thought: Gideon has lost faith in himself, Liliana has gone off to serve Bolas, Nissa has been seen in Dominaria to have retire her duties and quit the Gatewatch. But what about Jace and Chandra? What happened to them? I believe in some cases that they are still loyal to what had started, only because they are friends since the Eldrazi got loose, but they are more ready to protect their home Planes only due to Bolas and their fear of his power he holds. I think to come down to it, Chandra and Jace are the only ones who are truly left, and even then, they might deform it to find a new path. To take a look at it these cards if you already know them:
    Gideons Reproach (DOM)
    Broken Bond
    In Bolas's Clutches
Where do you see Jace and Chandra? We see Chandra in Dominaria and Jace in Ixalan, but why do we see them seperate? I think even then, they might go alone to their own journey's and what they value. So pretty much I answered my own question, but I want you to tell me what you think. I want to hear y'all thoughts on this topic.

  • posted a message on Where is Nahiri right now, and will Emrakul try to track her down?
Good point. Emrakul is probably thinking of her next meal on mana and, like I may have said, will try to track the biggest source of mana in the Multiverse to feed off it, like Zendikar.

  • posted a message on If anyone can tell me how powerful Emrakul is right now, yell it out!
If you look at it, Emrakul is powerful Eldrazi not just because of how she can manipulate creatures, and even now objects, but because of her anatomy and what she does in terms of how her insides work. To put that together better, take a look at Eldritch Moon. Emrakul has never had the latent ability, to our understanding, of melding and fusing rocks and people and taking on weeds and making Eldrazis out of it and even a few other transformations. Her intelligence is what pretty much makes her overpowered. I think one of my forums I had just posted talks about it a little, but I want to get into that more deeply:
First thing to notice is that Emrakul is the queen (I would not say king to a girl) of defying the very Physics of the Magic World, but of our own understanding. The card Emrakul, the Promised End says "An enigma as vexing as life itself". Uh, I would rephrase that to say she is vexing beyond the very exotic form of Physics they know in the Magic World. Emrakul has the latent ability, only through my critical thinking of observation and what I know already, has a set of internal neurons that create a powerful disrupting like radiation that disrupts the entire internal parts of your brain and shuts it down, but you are not dead. Emrakul is basically a puppet master, for she knows how to get into your brain and basically control it, almost also in equivalence to a parasite, a MASSIVE Parasite. After Emrakul "shuts down" your brain, her neurons in her brain (have no idea where or what type of cell it is) gains a feed on your brain and basically becomes your brain. Think about Gisela and Bruna who were said to have seen and heard what Emrakul heard and saw, that is a sign that Emrakul basically became their brain and they are conformed to Emrakuls will. That is also what makes her so dangerous. If you are weak minded, you can be subdued to Emrakuls interference of your brains functions, and basically conform to her will and, since she does not like your physical form as it is and i have no idea how she knows what it looks like, she turns you into a Eldrazi to her likeliness and she is now your master. Hope to here form what you think and basically if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

  • posted a message on Where is Nahiri right now, and will Emrakul try to track her down?
Here's an interesting question, if anyone is ready for it: will Emrakul gain enough smarts to track down Nahiri? To put it like this, Emrakul first saw Nahiri when she imprisoned her in the Hedron Network, but what if Emrakul wants to get revenge on Nahiri for imprisoning her in the Hedrons? I mean, who would not like to be bound for several thousand years? So my speculation is that Emrakul will eat out the mana in the Moon on Innistrad and try to break it, but will leave Innistrad alone and try to trace down Zendikar, and in hopes of finding Nahiri. We have to remember, Emrakul is a relevantly intelligent Eldrazi, and she is, as I have said in one Forum, a massive Brain floating around. If Emrakul can take control of your mind and make your cells in your body form a new transformation, everything beyond science, even to where Ugin cannot understand, then she is a VERY intelligent Eldrazi. If she has that intelligence, she might be capable of tracking down Nahiri and ending her before she imprisons her again. Emrakul knows what happens around her, unlike Ulamog and Kozilek (who only understands slightly) have no damn idea what to do but go to a mana source and feed off of it. I bet, if Ugin were to rip open Emrakuls anatomy, he would no hell of a clue what is even in there, for it is a complicated form of Bio-engineering that a creature can form up, plus Emrakuls power to defy Physics is going to extremely confuse Ugin, plus you have a limited amount of time to work with her body before it disapears, if I am saying it right. Let me know what you think.

  • posted a message on How would Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp be used as a Commander?
I had just recently gotten Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp, and it has an ability saying
"You may pay 3B and tap an untapped artifact you control instead of this spells mana cost"
How would that work in Commander? I have talked with a friend who said it can count for paying a Commanders Mana cost, but I want a little insight for those wanting to use him for a mono-blue Commander Flying-Control deck, which I had tried making myself. Even though his cost is 4BB and when he dies, he basically goes up 2 cost, but can his paid ability be used instead of paying the extra cost, basically avoiding the Commander rule?

  • posted a message on I have seen a new card mention saying that Liliana belongs to Nicol Bolas now. Will he return?
I have seen a new card with Liliana locking hands with Bolas and my big name question is whether Liliana will betray everyone to serve Nicol Bolas once more. Nissa has supposedly given up and so has Gideon. Will he return and will Nicol Bolas finally kill off another Plane, especially the one he was originally locked up on?
