If you ask me, the best way to handle it would be to talk with your son, explain the whole situation, and just let the whole thing blow over. I and my family celebrate Christmas, but our best family friends our Jewish. Every year we all get together and celebrate both of our holidays. Heck, I'm technically Agnostic. Like you said, Christmas has been commercialized way too much. Almost to the point where it's barely religious on it's own. As much as I hate to admit it, separation of church and state has gone down the drain, but like others have said, excluding your son probably isn't the best idea.
Okay, decided to try out this deck with pretty good results on MWS. Made a couple changes to Hedgehogpie's deck and added a side board. I'm 4-2 on MWS so far.
Not sure what to call it exactly, but I ran into this amazing BW deck on MWS, and got the list from the person who made it. I added the side, board, and thought about tweaking it some, but this is what I have, and I've only lost a couple times out of a lot of games.
Actually, from reading the Planeswalkers Guide, it can't be Progenitus. Progenitus is confirmed to be a five-headed hydra, and that has more than five heads.
Personally, I really wanna make a Kresh EDH deck. Also, I think Elspeth fits perfectly in an Exalted deck, to pump your single attacker, or to just make fodder, and Rafiq just owns.
Okay, now, as horrible as this is, it doesn't seem to have anything at all to do with a video game. This was an instance of a man doing something, having a baby cry, and then shaking it to get it to be quiet, and that's why this is such a terrible thing, killing a baby that's just wrong; but I for one am tired of the media blaming things on video games.
Elspeth Knight-Errant 1W
Planeswalker - Elspeth
+1: Put a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token with Exalted into play. (Human Summoning)
+1: Creatures you control have Shroud until the end of the turn. (Protection of Others)
-8: You win the game. (Big splashy hard-to-achieve ultimate)
Loyalty: 2
Here's how I'm hoping a good Bant deck will go, from seeing this:
Turn one: Plains, hoped W 1/1 Exalted
Turn two: Possible Duel land? or just Plains, Sigiled Paladin, attack with a 3/3 vanilla
Turn three: Forest or island, Another exalted creature, attack with 5/5 first strike Paladin
Turn four: Forest or Island, Stoic Angel, swing for 5
Turn five: Battlegrace. GG
We also thought tattermunge maniac was gonna be the bomb. this card has the same drawback as the nom nom; it looks great on paper, but ultimately fails in practice.
Theres a big difference with having this drawback on this card and on the Maniac. Once the maniac gets killed by a chump blocker it's over, but these guys come out every turn.
1/1 guy 4 free is cool, but comparing this to bitter blossom is stupid. Bitter blossom comes in 1 turn earlier and makes creatures with an evasion ability (flying).
This card might find a deack, but its no bitter blossom
I agree that Bitterblossom is better, but you're ignoring two major facts.
1. The goblins have haste, so Bitterblossom's 1 turn advantage means much less. Sure, you don't have a blocker, but on offense, which this is for, they have the exact same tempo.
2. This can't kill you. My favorite part.
That's not too bad. I don't want to think this is real, though. It feels too Timmyish, like a bad episode of DragonBall Z. *spends half the game charging up* *grows into an enormous planet-crushing monstrosity* *dies to terror*

What do you think? Think it could be tournament worthy?
Turn 1: Akrasan Squire
Turn 2: Sigiled Paladin/Sighted-Cast, attack for 3
Turn 3: Dawnray Archer/Guardians of Akrasa, attack for 5
Turn 4: Angel's Benediction/Outrider of Jhess/Rhox Charger/Rafiq
Turn 5: Battlegrace Angel
Seems like a good build-up, but that's just assuming you want to go more aggro than control.
Fix'd.

That's because Gleemax has a blatant disregard for flavor text. Duh.

Might wanna tell that to the people who named Nom-Nom.
Anyway, I personally like Voltron. Or Giant Midget. Don't really get the reasoning behind Pikachu.
EDIT:
I take it back.
I'm going with Goku.
