I was more curious for trading them. I thought that was high on price and did not know to check completed listings. Curious if they would sell or trade better at a lower price point.
I have some of the older card board storage boxes from 96 or 97. The one with juzam djinn and the red one with shiva dragon on it. They sale on eBay for a lot. Are they really worth that?
Each core set has a land cycle. With them basing the story in a bloodless come with fetch lands. Could it be possible for them to get a reprint. I thank most of what they are doing now is to drive sales. These would sale the set.
I think wizards should share more of the tournament information as it happens. Any sport or event you see everything. Stats, win percentage, and match ups. The more true information we have the better the meta can adjust. People will make informed decisions. Right now everyone will be on r/b aggro. Is there a way to filter out the results better? I just got back into magic and still have issues finding resources for a lot of information.
I have been considering buying into merfolk for modern. I have a lot of the pieces. Only need to get a new set of vials, vaults and small amounts of other things. Just got back into playing. Want a deck that will last and be competitive for a while. Is merfolk worth getting back into now? I am not trying to win a gp or anything big but want to have a good shot every Fnm.
My pptq had a merfolk deck top 4. There was about 50 people there. I did not get a look at the deck list. Did get to talk to the player though. He was running 12 1 drops and a low curve with 20 lands. Kumena was only 3cmc he was using.
Just opened a box. First time I ever regretted spending money on the game. Almost all trash. Clique and pact of negotiations were only 2 decent cards. Even missed on commons I was hoping for. Really liked the new brainstorm.
My LGS said there sales of magic is 1/5 of what it was. They have a good turn out for most events as far as I can tell. Not sure what the event numbers look like. But they are not selling masters 25 well.
Just got back into magic. This has kind of made me wonder why. I will no longer be preordering any product.
Unless you've got lots of time for trading/selling, you're usually better off buying the singles you need rather than gambling with packs/boxes. Even when I used to go to prereleases and win packs it was barely worth it.
I bought a ramunap red deck singles. Guess how that is doing value wise.
I think shapers sanctuary from the board may slow that down. I ordered a set. Gonna try it out Saturday. Sulti sneak is top deck at my lgs. Any good thoughts for that match up?
Auto correct changed pptq. Fixed
