Vigilance, Reach
All creatures must attack each combat if able.
Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, put a +1/+1 counter on (insert this cards name).
Instead of Serra PW another useless and clunky PW general. Bleah. All those PWs feels incredibly underwhelming considering they're 3 colors.
I agree, none of them scream "powerhouse" like Daretti, Teferi or Freyalise and those were mono color. I mean, theoretically Aminatou (dumb name) and Windgrace seem generic enough in their colors to see some play in other Esper/Jund decks outside of their theme, but not anywhere near a staple or even a step up from other PW options that exist in those colors. Maybe they work superbly well in their decks and that's the way its meant to be, but I was expecting more from a "top deck matters" commander than a +1 that lets you put a card from hand on top of your library. That ult just seems like a cool idea they had no other home for.
Umm, I'm actually fairly underwhelmed by all of these, although the Esper one's ult seems quite troll and rather chaotic for non-red.
EDIT: Windgrace does have some nice abilities, but will need serious protection. I'd still rather have access to something like Gitrog or Omnath from the CZ though.
The Jewel looks great for group hug, not sure its worth it outside of Daretti/Breya as others have mentioned. Not sure why anyone thinks Saheeli's Directive is bad though, looks set to be fantastic in those decks that have wanted this artifact storm type effect.
Got to agree with Carthage here, the format can already get easily degenerate when all decks involved pimp out their fast mana, having access to a strictly better brainstorm by the time you're done dumping your rocks to keep the party going doesn't sound like a fun time.
What I would love more than just new commanders, is to see some more format specific answers in Blue/Red in the vein of Chaos Warp and Imprisoned in the Moon. Just a different way of approaching early enchantments which can hose entire strategies in those colors that are otherwise fair in most other color matchups, particularly if you consider a Meren deck has a dozen ways to deal with a RIP or other such GY hate, you can't really say much of the same for The Locust God and Authority of the Consuls or swinging tax effects without drawing into something akin to Impact Tremors.
I'm always more interested in the staples for my existing commanders anyhow, the new deck potentials are just a bonus.
Khans, Alara and original Ravnica had the best flavor for me. I don't its coincidence that the multicolour focused blocks with high emphasis on player choice for group loyalties sit well with me. Groups like the Sultai Brood, Azorius Senate and Esper as a shard just have so much raw character to them compared to "its pirates vs dinosaurs" or the "its Egypt/Greece/Japan" set. You could argue Khans is "the Asia set", but the diversity between the groups and their portrayal was broad enough of different regions/cultures of Asia to not feel samey.
Abzan - Western Asia
Jeskai - Tibet/China
Sultai - India
Mardu - Mongolia
Temur - Northern Asia
You compare that to "everything is Japan here" Kamigawa and you can see why that plane felt like a home run for me.
Tutor, Season and Wheel are in desperate need of reprints and are very iconic to the game. Land Tax less so, but still in need of a reprint and sees a lot of EDH play. Force of Will is unlikely given its Eternal Masters printing, but I can't think of a more iconic Blue money card outside of JtMS needing a reprint.

Roughly speaking I think?
