Anything with only "Sacrifice a creature:" as a cost is inherently broken. I'd gladly run something that said "Sacrifice a creature: You lose 1 life" in Saffi EDH.
8. There aren't a ton of good targets for your copying sub-theme, honestly. 9 ETB triggers (8 not counting Breya, which you wouldn't want to copy) isn't a big number. Maybe replace one of those cards with Mechanized Production to instantly win the game with Battlesphere (8 tokens sharing the same name = victory).

This doesn't work. Battlesphere has a triggered ability when it ETB. This ability does not resolve during the resolution of Mech Production, but after.
Not only can you not play Sphinx of the Steel Wind because it's black, Deadeye Navigator works with everything in your deck you want to blink. That's a terrible idea.
You can't just say ALL activated abilities your opponents control cost 1 more, because tapping a land for mana is an activated ability. It would turn all their lands off. You have to specify nonland, or at least nonmana abilities.
I think you're vastly underestimating how powerful Meloku the Clouded Mirror's ability is. It's the perfect finisher for a control shell because if your opponent doesn't do anything you need to answer you can EOT sweep all your lands and swing with a flying army. Combined with the other abilities of this card tohe token making ability should cost 2.
The problem with making the "sacrifice a permanent that shares a type" trigger is that it becomes broken if you have multiple of these creatures on the battlefield. If it's a replacement effect it only happens once.
Although, the lands part alone makes this broken as it is at 2 mana.
Paradox is not a hard counter. It just cancels out most ultimate's and turns all planeswalkers into those spindown walkers from Spark.
Unfortunately, this is not how the rules say your card works. It prevents any counters from being placed, including permanents that would enter the battlefield with counters.
So you're saying I can run Marchesa, the Black Rose with a white partner so I get Cathars' Crusade, AND I get to have my life total lower than everyone else's at the start of the game?
Abilities on the stack are independent of their sources. Deputy did not leave the battlefield, so its exile ability doesn't end before it begins and resolves as normal.
I'm sure the Rulings forum can give you the specific rules that govern this interaction.

How? It targets the land. Can't cast a spell without legal targets.

You get that card right back with the 0 ability. Either that or you discarded a Lightning Bolt that you then get to cast for free.
