Some "flicker" effects say the creature returns "under your control". Example: Cloudshift, Restoration Angel. So it reenters under your control, and doesn't care about the original control-changing effect, as it is a "new" creature.
But some flicker effect say it returns "under its owner's control". Example: Momentary Blink, Eldrazi Displacer. As the owner is your opponent, it goes back to them.
So, you need to read the "flicker" effect's text carefully.

chaikov posted a message on Activating mana abilities timing restrictions (Elesh Norn + Kormous Bell + Urborg)Rule 305.1: A player who has priority may play a land card from his or her hand during a main phase of his or her turn when the stack is empty. Playing a land is a special action; it doesn’t use the stack (see rule 115). Rather, the player simply puts the land onto the battlefield. Since the land doesn’t go on the stack, it is never a spell, and players can’t respond to it with instants or activated abilities.Posted in: Magic Rulings -

Rezzahan posted a message on Activating mana abilities timing restrictions (Elesh Norn + Kormous Bell + Urborg)Well, the lands die as a state based action before you even get priority back after playing Urborg, but yes, once you play Urborg, it is too late for your opponents to tap their lands for mana. Remember, state based actions are checked every time right before a player would receive priority. And once you initiate an action with priotity, you no longer have it, you get it back after your action is done.Posted in: Magic Rulings -

MadMageQc posted a message on Caller of the Untamed exiling another card that cares about draftingYes, the token created by Caller, or the Chimera made Animus, will have Animus' third ability. That ability looks at cards you removed from the draft with cards named Animus of Predation, and the fact is you did remove Chromanticore from the draft with a card named Animus of Predation.Posted in: Magic Rulings -

willdice posted a message on Caller of the Untamed exiling another card that cares about draftingDraft cards such as Animus of Predation are worded very carefully to work with others with the same name and to avoid having to track information from a specific card during draft and deck building. Animus tracks cards removed from the draft due to the ability of any card named Animus, not necessarily this or that specific instance of Animus.Posted in: Magic Rulings
The token copy of Animus created by Caller of the Untamed will have the static ability, "If you removed a creature card with flying from the draft with cards named Animus of Predation, Animus of Predation has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, and vigilance". As you did remove a creature with flying, first strike, vigilance, and lifelink from the draft through "a card named Animus of Predation", the ability will give those keywords to that token. The same works with Volatile Chimera becoming a copy of Animus.
And while writing this, I noticed Animus does not include trample on its keyword list. Keep it in mind. -

That sounds like good advice. If I find myself in this corner case scenario I'll probably do that before attempting to make an agreement with my opponent.
It should go without saying, but if you do this do not to it in front of your opponent - talk to the judge away from the table. -
