    Fajen Thygia:
Creature: I'm not sure how I'd feel about the chance to have this permanently exiled. I like this use of suspend, but the ability should probably have a minimum of 1 time counter placed on it for this reason. Only nitpick is maybe the suspend cost takes too much time?
World: This is unique. Very unique and very difficult to evaluate. I *think* this is balanced but could get a little crazy with other cards like Arcane Laboratory. Minor nitpick: "Play" isn't a zone anymore. That zone is called the battlefield.

    Artorias:

World: Judges everywhere love you because this is an Opalescence you can't have two of. The second ability doesn't work - no matter what functionality you intended, this isn't going to work as written because of how targeting an object works. I like the idea but it needs polish.
Creature: So Elspeth gave up her Spark to rule over Theros? Makes sense from a character perspective, considering she didn't want to planeswalk in the first place. I think this needs to cost less mana. Sure it's an "I win" if you untap with it in any kind of board position, but you're sinking 13 mana into this card to get any appreciable benefit out of it. This should probably cost four mana.

    Algernone:

World: This is...weird. Like...really weird. I don't know how to evaluate this, either for draft or for constructed. Definitely rewards people for playing meld cards, but getting the meld cards together seems prohibitively difficult for draft. The cards need to be strong enough on their own for this to be worth playing.

Creature: So this is a meld card whose abilities vary depending on its materials? Definitely off the wall, but I'd probably need to see at least one of the cards in the Wisp cycle to evaluate this fully understand the power level of this.

This was razor-thin between the bottom two of you. If I could, I'd give you both 2nd place. You both have very creative ideas and also some execution issues that even out in the end.

Nonartifact spells have convoke. (Each creature a player taps while casting a spell pays for 1 or one mana of that creature's color.)

TheDrB: The sacrifice being on resolution is smart. Quite the aggro finisher and a good way to use excess lands. On par with other Overrun effects. Boost in toughness is a bend if not an outright break though - typically toughness boosting in black is only done on Shades, and red doesn't get it at all.

Hemlock: A potentially one sided sweeper that probably blows up your lands and/or triggers your "dies" creatures. This effect really feels Orzhov-colored to me. I could see red (this kind of effect was in red a while ago) but I don't think the color here is right. Otherwise this is balanced.

Legend: I'm not sure why this isn't mono-black. I also do not like that this is a planeswalker your opponent does not necessarily want to attack (if you use the -4 then he's useless and actively hurts you by not allowing you to draw.) There should at least be some kind of incentive to attack him. Maybe a +1 to drain a point of life from your opponent?

Artorias: Missing power and toughness - can't give you a top 3. I know you said it's supposed to be a 0/0 and your render has it, but it's not in your submission text. As for the card itself, I don't think it's necessary for the unlimited copy clause to make the entire card cost one more mana. This should probably be a base 0/1 or just make it have modular 2.

Fajen Thygia: Reminds me of Mutilate. I could see this being used in control decks with a combo finish, especially if there are a large number of legendary lands in the format.

Jimmy Groove: I love this concept. Reminds me of Elfhame Sanctuary but is actually playable. Unfortunately I have to take a lot of points off for templating and polish. First off, the ETB ability needs to shuffle afterward. The second ability should read "Whenever you would draw a card, instead choose a card at random exiled with Spring of a New Ace and put that card onto the battlefield tapped." Fix those two things and I probably give you first place.

Algernone25: Wizard tribal Rolling Thunder. A little surprised we didn't get something like this in Dominaria. I like the use of the Affinity mechanic here - design really should give affinity a chance as long as it's not affinity for artifacts.
