    No no no

Reprint aura shards not make a cat tribal version.

It's a cute 187 creature with a booty, and has kitty tribal upside, I actually tend not to run Aura Shards anymore as it does not *do* anything by itself... well unless you are playing an Enchantress deck, in which case more power to you.

This thing is better than Indrik Stomphowler, more "fair" than Acidic Slime as it does not hit lands, and it is in general just better as it is not a Grizzly Bears. That being said, i would still probably play Reclamation Sage over this in any non-kitty deck.

Honestly, I'm disappointed with the Scourge because it feels like a waste in a multiplayer pack when it would fit just fine in a Standard expansion. Wizards ought to be exploring multiplayer design space so even tho it's bad I like Fortunate Few more.,

I actually kinda agree about the dragon, seems like it would be a fine Glorybringer-esque rare for a standard environment, though it being printed here does not prevent that from actually happening in the future. Toxic Deluge was popular enough in every format that it was reprinted in Eternal Masters.

With regards to the politics spell... compared to how some of the will of the council or previous cards of this ilk were worded, and their power level, this one just falls absurdly short. Another poster pointed out it would be a great Arch Enemy card, which I agree with, would have rather seen it in an Archenemy set. But that really is me just nit-picking.

Territorial Hellkite is a mindless beater that can't even reliably deal with planeswalkers. Why do they keep printing cards like this in Commander sets (Daxos's Torment, Awaken the Sky Tyrant, etc.)? That's not what the format's about. If you want a creature that only deals combat damage, at least make it an 8/8 for four or something. Hellkite here would probably still be bad at 10/10.

Scalelord Reckoner, on the other hand, is a solid rattlesnake.

I get the feeling I wouldn't enjoy playing with you. Commander is exactly where random effects belong. It's a strange card with a unique ability and fantastic art. I love it

Agreed, random cool Innistrad dragon that has haste and 6 power, for 2rr that at *worst* has Exert, is fin=e by my because barring counterspells, flyers, pillow forts, I'm gonna kill a planeswalker, or I am going to connect for 6... I know I listed caveats, but realistically those caveats apply for every single creature in the game.

Nifty red dragon is nifty, not everything has to be a True-Name Nemesis.

    Solid. Probably in every deck?

That's what I thought about Chromatic Lantern in last year's decks...

Chromatic Lantern was a rare, in Commander products; Commander 20xx rares/Mythic rares are only in one deck, in general Uncommon cards will show up in any deck which they are allowed via Color Identity, Commons follow the same rule. Normal rares I don't think have ever overlapped because they are not new cards from the new set.
