It would have been cool if you could split the cards that would be drawn between multiple opponents or just one... Having a choice about the distribution of those cards would have been nice. I think the card could see play in EDH. If you are in white than you are most likely behind in the first place. Giving cards to another player who is behind should be good for you.

I don't understand the wrath, tho. Can I choose the opponent for the returning cards effect? I would expect the wording: Target opponent or something similar. I don't think that the opponent is chosen randomly. Well I think you choose the opponent and that opponent return 2 permanents of his choice to their hand. I mean this is also good for multiplayer for the same reasons. On the other hand we had already good wrath effects and some unconditional 4CC wrath effects. Oh... returning permanents to the hand can be better against some graveyard decks. So maybe this could be the first card in the set I really want...

Karmic Guide maybe... Sun Titan seems to fit well, too for Graveyard Recursion. Hofri Ghostforge seems to care about creature recursion, too.

I am most likely seeing to much here but with Lukka we have 4 Planeswalker and white seems to be suspiciously absent. Not sure if Confront the Past is foreshadowing something... I was upset with Gildeon dying in War of the Spark but I honestly think that it would be better to leave it like that now and give other white Planeswalker more chances to shine. Teyo, the Wanderer and maybe Elspeth. I wouldn't like it if all consequences of War of the Spark would be irrelevant. And we don't need to fool ourselves... Nico Bolas will return, too.

Well maybe Lukka won't get a planeswalker card and is just present in some other cards.
4 and more Planeswalker seems excessive but without a core set this year maybe they will try to put those planeswalker in other sets.

I am a bit confused by Augusta. So, you tap your guys to attack, then they all untap and you choose who gets tapped again, giving them either +1/+0 or +0/+1 and pseudo-vigilance, right?

    Yeah seems like that.

Shadrix is strange in a 1 vs 1 match. I mean you don't want to give any of those effects to your opponent... If he doesn't have any creatures you could buff his board but in the same way it seems like the best option for yourself if the board is empty. The Inkling has flying and can block this dragon and giving your opponent an additional hand card seems... bad. And you have to choose two, right? It doesn't say "up to two". He seems to be a commander legendary, in some kind of political deck. The simic legendary is what I am hoping for white.

1: There is a monowhite card that creates treasure.

Well creature or enchantment would be great. I hope that the card will end with CC lower than 4 for once. Most of the helping cards for white in Commander are 4CC what make it hard to justify multiple of them. 3CC would be great.

Based upon the art for the command cards it appears For the tribes we have:
    Humans
    Elves
    Dwarves
    Orcs
    Loxodon
    Aven
    Trolls
    Elementals/dryad
    And possibly:
    Vampires
    Kor

I might be missing some but that seems like a pretty diverse plane.

I think maybe there was some interplanar travel prior to the mending perhaps.

Merfolk, Azra and maybe the Orcs are ogres (Obeka looks similar to one figure).

Just found the concept art from Bryan Sola for Silverquill Command, here.
The comments on the arts says (Human, Kor, Vampire, Orc) und the second version there seem to be an Owl, too. I am not sure where the Orc is, tho.

Hopefully this means WoTC can finally give us a Werewolf Commander deck and a Vampire Commander deck as the Precons!

Well vampire was done with C17 and Edgar Markov is a powerful commander option. I therefore not really excited about them even while keeping in mind that they could keep them in RB this time.

Werewolf on the other hand would make me really happy.

Oh I definitely think that they would be in BR, and I know they already did a Vampire Commander deck. Somehow, I feel like they're pushing the vampire vs werewolves theme, and some starter precons for each just sound like a guarantee.

I don't know. I thought there would be two sets in Innistrad one with some kind of Vampire theme and another with a werewolf theme. Could it be that we are getting 2 Commander Decks for each of them? When yes than the Vampire one would go with the Vampire set and maybe a werewolf one with the other set. The forces in Innistrad are Humans supported by Spirits (and Angels?), Vampires, Zombies supported by some necromancers, Werewolves and Demons supported by some human cultists. The decks could be focused around a new mechanics, too. Like the Blue/White Kaldheim precon.
Thinking about Vampires in Innistrad... I think there are some Blue aligned Vampires, too. Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge and Elusive Tormentor are from Innistrad. And we could add those vampires from the Dimir Guild. Bur rather unlikely.
I am interested to see how the plane is doing without Avacyn keeping the balance, only one of the archangel sisters being active and Emrakul being in the moon.

Cosmic Intervention with a sac land like Flooded Strand. Maybe this could work?

    1. Play Cosmic Intervention during your turn.
    2. Sac Flooded Strand.
    3. Flooded Strand returns at the beginning next end step.
    4. Sac the Flooded Strand at the end step.
    5. Flooded Strand should then return at the beginning of the next end step of the next turn.
    6. Sac Flooded Strand.

I don't think that will work more than 1 time. The next end step, is the end step of the next turn if you are already in your end step.
    1. Play Cosmic Intervention during your turn.
    2. Sac Flooded Strand. (the order of 1 and 2 doesn't matter)
    3. You go to your end step. Flooded Strand returns.
    4. Sac Flooded Strand while you are in your end step.
    5. Your opponent turn.
    6. End phase of his turn. Flooded Strand returns at the beginning of his end step.
    7. You sac the Land but it will not longer return.

But I am not a judge. I don't know if the whole sac in my end turn thing is working like that.

I understand that the Angel needs to be Blue/white instead of mono white because Foretell a card in your hand is most likely a blue thing but a shame we can't play it in the Orzhov angel tribal. That Sage of the Beyond is reducing a lot more than just foretell. Commander Cost, flashback, Adventure creatures, Aftermath and other thing from graveyard Muldrotha, the Gravetide.

Well uncommon Angel 2/3 with 3 keywords. Haste and deathtouch is interesting. There are a lot of good Angels with 4cc, tho. Well could be out earlier in Commander with Sol-Ring. Hm kind of a Vampire Nighthawk impression.
