Uprising is okay I guess? For limited and maybe some historic shenanigans (for example with the mentioned Winota, Joiner of Forces). I don't think that the card will see much play in EDH to be honest... Maybe some decks that want full boards for some Repercussion nonsense combos. Other than that the existing cards are superior to this one. For go-wide strategies (Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite etc) there is Secure the Wastes, Decree of Justice and Call the Coppercoats all three can be used on the opponent turn and attack on you turn. Two of them already creates non-human tokens. Haste providers are common with red. When you are going wide and have access to red you could just run Anger or/and some enchantment that provides haste and go with better token generators.
I think Arterial Alchemy is good by itself. 3 Equipment for 3 mana seems fair. The equipment are mediocre but when playing an equipment deck you have other effects that cares for them. Statwise there are Bloodforged Battle-Axe.
Would I run other blood token cards? I don't know... maybe not? Would this effect be on a legendary creature like let say Odric (not in addition but instead of what we got etb to create 3 blood tokens and to use them as equipment) than yeah why not.
White can search for the enchantment with maybe 2 or 3 efficient tutors? I still wouldn't built around it.
But now there is at least one blood token payoff for Boros Odric. Equipment cards tend to spread some keywords, too.
I don't know. He confirms that the first impression of the card was poor for many players and than that he can share some feedback to rest of the team. I don't get any other statement/information from his answer.
My thought is that they went to easy while designing this cards... I mean I can see some situation like:
Dev1: Oh Odric next... Keywords?
Rest: Yeah Keywords.
Dev2: Oh but he is a Vampire now...
Dev3: Maybe blood tokens?
Dev1: Yeah sounds great. -> Create first version of card.
Rest: -> Looked at card. Ya looks like Odric but with a touch of vampire. Approved.
Obviously the card didn't cause any problems while testing it.
Couldn't they just define a list of Keywords called... I don't know Skills maybe? Put that list on the same card and just reference to that list on the actual effect text?
Odric, Blood-Cursed 1RW
Skills - flying, first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, vigilance
When Odric enters the battlefield, create X blood tokens, where X is the number of abilities listed in Skills found among creatures you control. (Count each ability only once.)
Sacrifice a blood token: Target creature get an ability of your choice listed in Skills until end of turn.

He is okay I guess. Not something I want to have in the commander zone for sure. You don't need a whole board. Just having Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh would give 3 blood tokens. Lets see what the commander vampire deck is doing with those token in red. At the moment there isn't much. Blood Hypnotist and Sanguine Statuette? The madness options doesn't look better to be honest.
Oh Edgar is the Orzhov Legendary so Odric could be the boros Vampire Legendary? I think there is still a slot in Multicolor for him? I am not sure, tho. He could end up as mono white, too.
Super strong engine. If you have her on the field you basically guarantee most of your training effects by putting the 2 counters on the biggest creature. She is hard to remove and a human herself on the front side at least. She is a good creature in any +1/+1 counter deck I would say. She doesn't do anything werewolf/wolf specific other to be a really good creature.
In the debut after show (weekly mtg) Mark or Adam Prosak said that there will be legendary Vampires in all 2 color combination included in Mardu. We got multiple Rakdos versions with Anje and Olivia but are missing a Boros and Orzhov one. So I guess Odric will fill one of those. here is the youtube video.
IIRC, Sigarda said she wanted to "speak with Sorin about his creation". Then they both fought, but Arlinn and Adeline didn't see them fight, only heard the battle.
So there is always a possibility that Sorin only "defeated" her and brought her to Voldaren Castle as a wedding gift, just to free her at the right time.
That was my initial thought, too. I commented that on the thread where the Sigarda's Summons where shown. I like the idea of Sorin being the party crasher.
Angelic Quartermaster 3WW

When ~ enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two other target creatures.

Really meh? I was expecting something special after Marks prepreview list mentioned the Angel Soldier. Didn't expect to be an uncommon limited card standard Angels. I don't see why this card needs the Soldier typing at all.
hm The token generation effect doesn't have a once per turn limit... Could be solid.
Most of the time you want to exile a card from an opponent graveyard, tho. Another solid piece for Divine Visitation, Cathars' Crusade and the other tokenstuff in white/green. Gosh I wish I could have Divine Visitation or the new Sigarda's Summon effect on a legendary creature :/.
My reaction to Sigarda's Summons -> Get them girl.
The story text on the Sigarda's Summons Enchantment imply that she got captured. Most likely by Sorin but how does she end up in Olivia's custody? Was she the wedding gift from Sorin?
A shame that we will not get a new Thalia card but still better to have a playable reprint of a fan favorite character than see her returning as a vampire ;P.
I could see this card used in deck with Iroas, God of Victory, Rem Karolus, Stalwart Slayer or Tajic, Legion's Edge as commander two of them because of Repercussion combos and the God because of the damage prevention when attacking.
Edit: I guess Adriana, Captain of the Guard works well with this card, too.
Sigarda's Aid for instant equip
Puresteel Paladin for card draw
Akiri, Fearless Voyager card draw
Bruenor Battlehammer for additional umpf
Reckless Crew for more bodies and some effects to equip them for free... so there is basically already a deck for the card.

This is just an example what I mean.
Once each turn, you may cast a spell from the top of your library if it shares a card type with ...
Still seems good. Exiling on etb and attack is an upside that not all colors of this cycle shares.
Edit: Ryperior74 noticed and corrected the post
Who could blame him? They really have some of the most beautiful artworks ^^'

The cantrip creature seems to be a new standard thing in mono white. I like it.
