2. Talent is a triggered ability, as you've been told in that thread, despite your wording. And thus it triggers off itself. Infinitely.
3. Even if it wasn't self-triggering, "Whenever another, non Talent ability triggers, effect."; it's too easy to go infinite. I think someone said this in the other thread too.
I think we all know why this isn't just embalming it, but the flavor dictates embalming it. So no dice. Also, terrible at rare. You mean I can turn my opponent's Evilish Piper to a Merfolk of Pearl Trident for the low, low cost of 3 damage?

Legendary Creature - Human Soldier Rebel (R)
Cooperation (As long as another creature you control has a keyword, this creature has that keyword.)
When you play Harlos, you may search your library for up to two rebel creature cards with different names, reveal them, and put them into your hand. If you do, gain life equal to those creatures' combined toughness and shuffle your library. Ever the soldier, even after he was driven from his post by the invading army, Harlos will not rest until Barthog the Mad is brought to justice. But he did learn one thing - sometimes crazy works.

Thank you SecretInfiltrator » and entombedhydra » for your wording suggestions on Cooperation
Notes:
1) Cooperation (and it's mirror Envy)does not grant multiple instances of a keyword, and when there is a variable N keyword, Cooperation (and Envy) give the creature the highest N of that keyword.
2) If Cooperation or Envy would grant the creature a keyword it already has (naturally, or from an additional non-cooperation, non-envy effect) it does not grant that keyword. This includes N keywords. So if your Cooperation has Bushido 2 and you play a Bushido 3, it still has Bushido 2.
3) If a creature with Cooperation or Envy has multiple instances of a non-redundant keyword (I still think there has to be a way to make Bushido 1 + Bushido 2 into Bushido 3... but I digress), it still has those things. So if you control a 1/1 with Prowess, Prowess, and Cooperation and a 1/1 with Prowess, the cooperation gains nothing but still has Prowess, Prowess.
4) This treats Protection from X and Protection from Y as different keywords.

Blessed Summoner could probably just say:
XWG, T: Search for a creature with a CMC of X or less and put it onto the battlefield. And cost 1WG. It'd be... okay... getting you a 2 drop on turn 4. The problem? Wizards doesn't like repeatable shuffling on a single card.
If it was legendary... maybe it'd have a shot.

I agree the spy is quite strong. However, not unprintable. If you print a few common or uncommon Dodecapod or Guerrilla Tactics spells - preferably an uncommon cycle - and some legit walls (a Wall of Blossoms-style cycle), it seems fine.
I'd also be highly inclined to add more 1 drops if the format with this. 1 toughness matters.

It could easily be a 2/1 with "deals 2 damage to each other creature you control." which would be easier to understand, but nix 2 life from you.
