I hate how Cyan has played this game and I can't fathom that he's town behaving the way he has been. His vote off the Hunt wagon is pretty town like I mentioned previously. He just posts like such a prick and I will be so embarrassed if he is scum and gets away with it. My gut reaction is literally to do the opposite of everything he says. Mindreaver has played like absolute poo and I will be embarrassed for him if he's town, but I'm willing to consider switching my vote.
Mechanically, I feel pretty bastardized if I'm not Mindreaver's back up.
Where was my vote at the end of the day yesterday? How did I react to kj's lynch? I have good reasons to think mind or rhand could either be scum. My play has been true to that.
The complete 180 I did at the beginning of today just makes no sense if I were scum. If I were scum with mindreaver I wouldn't come out so hard on him after the kj lynch. I'm willing to consider mind scum again, but how I've played today does not mean I'm scum. Take a look at things from my pov. Do me a favor and think how you would play as me with my role.
So that leaves a used up 1 shot triple cloaker claim, which I think elegantly fits with the two time double tracker that flipped town, btw. I wouldn't be a backup to a one shot right?

I retract my wager offer. I'm feeling dumb. I reread my PM and even though the Wiki said I was Vin's dog, my PM says something different. It says I was currently owned by Zane, but that makes no sense mechanically because he's dead and I didn't get any abilities.
I didn't finish my thought. I realized when I saw this, I was basing a lot of my theory on flavor, but mechanically it's still 50-50 whether or not Mind's role even exists and same with shadows. I need to stop speculating.

Why would scum!Shadow namecop (or even rolecop) a town!player who had already claimed both name and ability? No, if Shadow's scum, then it's highly likely that Mind is scum. I could see town!Shadow namecopping Mind to verify, but scum!Shadow is tons better namecopping an unknown to prove his ability; I think scum!Shadow only "namecops" Mind to reinforce the concept of town!Mind.
So...I'm feeling a little sucker-punched right now. Mind's responses since he called me lock town and scum in subsequent posts show absolutely no trace of town mindset. He's not even trying. I'd really like to do a full reread, but that's going to take time and it seems like most people are ready to move on. I totally get it about Mind playing crappy, but I've also thought Rhand was scum all game too, so when I'm put into the position where my own role and two claims point to Mind being town I have to go with it. Rhand has not looked twice at cyan this entire game and many will agree that cyan has played a pretty scummy game. Quix is going to bat super hard for Rhand today and isn't even considering a possibility of rhand being scum. Shadow has been jumping on crappy wagons with Rhand all day. I could reconsider shadow but everyone else seems to be very likely scum.
Here's the thing. We only need to kill 1 scum at a time. All this talk about the entire scum team needing to be figured out right now is a distraction.
I think my bolding is a scum post. Sure we only need one scum at a time, but given where we are and the knotted mess of claims we have to sort we need to make sure our worldviews make sense. Given you're claim you more than anyone should be concerned about making sure you can build a cohesive scum team. People in the aftermath of your claim were still building worlds where you were back up to either my 1 shot ability or nothing. And that just doesn't make sense.
