MTG Salvation

So I've come to find myself in a predicament in my deckbuilding process where my extra turn cards are becoming filler for cards I'm missing. Any advice?

So I'm new to salvation I'm not used to the online forums yet, but I've built rafiq several times for edh I find he's best used in enchantment tron with soul of lost alara board protection such as privelaged position and auramancy. He also works well with masks and enchantment ramp. I only ever run the shocks for my dual lands and then 9 snow-covered forests, 7 snow-covered plains, 6 snow-covered islands, and scrying sheets. The overall mana base includes dawn reflection, overgrowth, utopia sprawl, mana bloom, and miraris wake. I ran mirris guile, sylvan library, and thassa to control topdeck. The only draw I ever ran was argothian enchantress, messa enchantress, eidolon of blossoms, and sages reverie.
