I'm assuming that you'll be using online surveys to gather the data? This is the most efficient method that comes to mind.
Setting a time limit for the survey would help ensure that people give "impulse" answers to the questions.
You would need to make sure that people can't submit the survey more than once (which can be the case with a lot of free online surveys)
If the results are automatically collated, then more than 100 people can fill out each survey. The survey software would simply list the results in terms of percentages, which would give you the point values for the answers.
Further, there are several sites on the web that transcribe actual questions from Family Feud, which can serve as great inspiration. Some suggestions below:
Name a (power)/(toughness) creature, e.g. "Name a 1/1 creature."
Name an instant or sorcery spell that you can cast without paying its mana cost.
Name a card that is banned in the Vintage format.
Name a professional Magic player.
Name a Magic player who has been suspended or banned from tournament play.
Name an Aura card.
Name a (color) (cardtype) card, e.g. "Name a white sorcery card."
Name a card with converted mana cost (number), e.g. "Name a card with converted mana cost 6."
Name a card with mana cost (cost), e.g. "Name a card with mana cost 1B."
Name a Magic: the Gathering website other than Wizards.com.
Name a Magic R&D member other than Richard Garfield or Mark Rosewater.
Name a popular card from the current Standard format.
Name a land card that produces more than one color of mana.
Name a snow card that is not a land.
Name a (type) creature card, e.g. "Name a Goblin creature card."
Name a card that draws you one or more cards.
Name a card that produces token creatures.
Name a card that uses counters.
Name a card from the Unglued / Unhinged expansions.
That's more or less the solution I was thinking of; it looks like the puzzle needs a disclaimer to state that Kelly doesn't have any other surprises waiting in her library. I suppose I should have rephrased "Win this turn" as well.
With a Mycosynth Golem on the battlefield, you were expecting a few big plays from your opponent. Last turn, Kelly made that move: She cast both a Darksteel Colossus and a Platinum Emperion in the same main phase. You saw those big artifacts coming, so they weren’t much of a surprise, but her third play made your jaw drop.
So now you’ve got some really huge creatures on your opponent’s side of the board, with only one tiny creature on your side to play defense, and you've got no lands to help fuel a comeback. Fortunately, Staff of Nin gave you two draws at the start of your turn, and one of them turned out to be a Swamp. It’s not optimal, but it’s better than nothing.
Still, you’re not about to give up yet. You think there might be a subtle chink in your opponent's armor, so to speak.
It is the beginning of your first main phase. Win the game this turn.
Kelly is at 8 life, has no cards in her hand, and has 36 cards remaining in her library. She has the following cards in play:

Further, there are several sites on the web that transcribe actual questions from Family Feud, which can serve as great inspiration. Some suggestions below:
That's more or less the solution I was thinking of; it looks like the puzzle needs a disclaimer to state that Kelly doesn't have any other surprises waiting in her library. I suppose I should have rephrased "Win this turn" as well.
With a Mycosynth Golem on the battlefield, you were expecting a few big plays from your opponent. Last turn, Kelly made that move: She cast both a Darksteel Colossus and a Platinum Emperion in the same main phase. You saw those big artifacts coming, so they weren’t much of a surprise, but her third play made your jaw drop.
“Armageddon?”
And so it goes.
Boros Signet (tapped)
Basalt Monolith (tapped)
Dreamstone Hedron (tapped)
Mycosynth Golem (tapped)
Workhorse (with two +1/+1 counters)
Platinum Emperion
Darksteel Colossus
Darksteel Citadel
