Play black, that way you get open yourselves into discard spells like Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek and Duress, and if you play something like Westvale abby you can run 1-3 dark rituals as ramp spells. And if you go that way then you can eventually cut Down on either elspeths or Sorins for Liliana of the veils, then you add 1-4 Ensearing Bridge to the main Board. Because they are alot better then Ghostly Prison.
    And Thalia

The card is a very good sideboard option, it is very bad if you use it against the fair decks of Legacy, but against Miracles and Lands and proberly it is also proberly fine against Manaless Dredge, it can be fine against Burn. After all the card is just a bad Show and Tell. And that still makes it a super strong card. So i see this card as being useful against Topless Miracles, Lands, Manaless Dredge, And Pox decks since they play very few Creatures

I think that Death`s Shadow is one of the New Legacy decks with the most potential. I think that you`re list looked pretty good i am personally going to follow up on how Death`s Shadow continues to grow in Legacy, i would say that it is a tier 2 deck as of right now simply due to the fact that it has not top 8 a Legacy GP or something like that. But i think that Death`s Shadow could become a great deck over time, simply because i think this is the deck in Legacy that has the most potetial for getting New Cards based on newer sets

I honestly do not mind this one, it is a card that does see play sure Ancient Grude or what not would have demanded a higher price then Shatterstorm
And i can say from personal knowladge that the Invocations look way better in real life then on Pictures. My Entomb invocations looks great so

I Play R\B Reanimator and i Wonder if Brisela Voice of Nightmares has Reanimator potentia, because we can potentially get a Brisela Voice of Nightmares on turn 1, only downside is that it as a two card combo to get Brisela

For Karn i would maybe switch it With Ugin(Not Budget but cheaper) There is no card like Chalice that is that powerful but Thorn of Amethyst, Sphere of Resistance or trinisphere,

Based on the lore With the trials of the Gods in the Amonket lore i think that we are very likely to get Planeswalkers as Expeditions, Masterpeices. This is just what makes the most sense for me, but i think that alot of stuff could go wrong With Planeswalkers master peices. But if they decide to do that then, Jace, The mind Sculpter, Liliana of the veil, Karn, Ugin, Nahiri the Harbriner should all get one
and then Jace, Chandra, Nissa, Gideoen, Liliana, versjons from Magic Origins

Well it does see sideboard play in Black\Red Reanimator decks. It Works well against Miracels, witch is why i think that it sees Legacy play in the first Place, since Miracels proberly is the best deck in Legacy right now. Plus it`s good against Lands witch arguably is Reanimator decks worst match up. So it`s a very good sideboard card but it is very highly matchup dependent, unlike other sideboard Cards, you have to really know the metagame, what you are likely to play against, when you play Cards like Stronghold Gambit and Cards like Pithing Needle

Play Gravetitan over Sliver Queen it`s a weaker creature in Power and thoughness but if you want tokens you get more tokens faster because you do not need to spend two mana to get a token in play. So Gravetitan goes wider more quickly. Also i would recommend Elesh Norn against weenie decks especially if you have a creature like Grave titan either main Board or sideboard. Then of course there is always Griselbrand, Sire of Insanity or Jin Gitaxias against combo or Control decks even though they are great against anyhing. Ashen Rider for pin point removal and it`s not legendary witch is a huge factor when Cards like Karakas exist. Sphinx of the steel Wind. The list goes on forever, honestly there is no right answer for creature selections. Honestly just play the creature you feel like are the best and or give you the most consistent results. Also but if you want a creature that i think would benefit Your deck the most it`s Vorinclex, voice of Hunger and Sheoldred. Vorinclex is good against alot of good stuff he slows Down combo, Control, burn and aggro while being a strong body and Sheoldred just always reanimates stuff and puts opponents behind on creature Count. This is all just my opinion though

Legacy and Vintage are not dying formats there popularity goes up and Down in periods. But it is a way more logical mindset out of the major Magic Formats to not spend Money on Standard because even if you only play Budget decks all those 30 dollar decks all that Money is going to add up. While in Modern, Legacy and Vintage you can buy a single deck and never have to worry about Cards losing much price or getting banned, even though it`s way harder for Things to get banned in Vintage and Legacy then it is for stuff to get banned inn Modern. And the fact that many Abzan and Jund decks in Modern are both more expesive then Dark Depths, Burn, Reanimator(Red\Black),Dredge, And Powerless Eldrazi in Vintage. Just proves that People could get into those formats if they actually did there Research and lookt at deck prices. So People could easily get into Legacy and Vintage(With powerless eldrazi) if they wanted to
