    It does, thank you.

Ample Planeswalker removal. Lots of life gain. Board sweepers. Lots of sac and target removal. Hand disruption. Direct damage (doubling as extra spot removal). Draw. Small beaters. Sorin.

Note: As of this first posting, the main-deck is running 61 cards.

I actually have and run the UBR version of the Chandra Ablaze deck. It's fun, a lot of fun in fact. Has some bad matchups though.

Sorry you have a problem with the deck name. I like it, that's what I'm calling it.

I would say you don't have a lot of cards to take advantage of Chandra Ablaze's ultimate.

Terminate may be good here to remove your opponents potential blockers, or perhaps, Whispersilk Cloak so that you can slip through. I like Whispersilk over Sigil of Distinction as it offers both evasion and protects your creatures to some degree.

Liliana may not do much for you, as she comes into play and either makes your opponent discard 1, or she searches for a card that you could have been playing just then and you get that in your hand next turn which may be too late.

I would definately focus on haste here. Possibly Bloodghast would fit nicely if it's with-in budget.

You may also consider Terramorphic expanse to help thin out the land.

    Looks fun, GL.

Do you find that volcanic fallout does the job? What's it usually hitting and when are you using the instant speed part of it as well, how hard is the RR1 cc? Your land is different than mine, but that may be a good thing. Your also running more lands than me, and you have some non-basic mountains that are not suseptible to Goblin Ruinblaster both could be good, so long as you don't hit too many lands late game, but then your Terramorphics thin for you, without damage. It's interesting, I'll try running it just to get the feel for it.

Fallout/Lightning Bolt at instant speed should be enough

Bit blast is too unreliable seeing as it cost 5 and can cascade into.... Earthquake in my build and Equake Fleshbag consume in others.

I'm personally thinking of adding consume to my build aswell.

When you get chance could you post your list, I'd be interested in testing it?

"Now, to be honest. I HATE your deck name. I mean, I've had other people read it and gag, throwing up a little in their mouths. Sorry, but I know I'm not alone here. With a deck name like that, I kinda came in here for the lawls. I can't take a name like that seriously lol."

Stop. I don't care what you and your friends think. I've made it clear that I don't want contact or interaction with you. And now, "under the guise" that your "helping" you follow it up with more hate and insult. It's transparent and unwelcome. Goodbye.

You also can't run Earthquake with Bituminous, nor the consumes which tend to buy you that crucial extra turn. I tried Bituminous thoroughly and for this deck it didn't win. I did it by taking out all X spells and packing it with red burn, blightning, and terminates. It wasn't enough. Earthquake is really what allows this deck to survive at all at this point.

I understand what you meant, about Tier 1 talk, I just wanted to be clear and your right about having more of my answers being instant speed to gain tempo. But then, with the current options, that would be taking away from the removal doubling as win condition which is the focus.

I'll keep playing and tweaking and waiting for the next set release spoiler. Although life is going to get in the way soon, but this has and is a lot of fun for me, which is the only reason I do it, to escape. I have no interest in winning the world championship of an ages 13 and up table game. I'm just killing some time and escaping some misery.

Solid points all around and perhaps some great ideas in htere. I would say were getting ahead of ourselves here with the "Worlds Class" talk. This is "Developing" competitive, not established tier 1. Nor do or have I made any claims of the sort.

Jund is tough, I think for everyone as it's arguably the #1 deck in the format but this deck can and does win it's share against Jund. The matchups, early game really vary here. Usually land go, then turn two is either Hexmage, Sign in Blood or hold back with a Terminate. Then they play their first or second spell, usually Sprouting or Leech if not both. And you likely may take some lumps at first but eventually even things out with the removal/sweepers. Eventually, if they don't hit you with a blightning, or if you hit them with your own, you may have a slight card advantage, a clean board and are likely behind in life compared to them. The usual thing is that they are now down to drawing 1 card per turn, and you are either doing the same, with the bulk of the deck being able to answer their one card per turn, or best it in the long run while you stabilize and recover. If you get a Sorin out or Chandra out here, well, they can play what they will but they usually can't get rid of it immediately, and if they do, you still got to use it once and it acted as a shield and your next draw or in hand card will likely keep the board clear.

Admittidly it's odd, but suprisingly it works better than you might imagine. My best suggestion is that if you have the cards for my current list, is to just give it a try, certainty I will say that it's a fun deck to play, maybe a bit better than you might think, but no claims of Tier 1 status just yet.

I will start thinking of more instant speed removal, it's a solid thought.

    Here's a (IMO, valid) question.

    What makes you win?

    Sure.

Almost everything here doubles as removal/win condition, the remaining cards are very useful disruption. So, with that, your really taking up a defensive posture, reacting to your opponents offense and then eventually you use any of the tools at hand for your own offense to win the game.

4 Hexmage, 4 Gatekeeper, 4 Consume, 4 Earthquake, 3 Blightning, 3 Sorin, and 2 Chandra. These cards are all main deck, and they all can remove your opponents attempts at offense as well as be used as your own offensive tools.

Even the 4 Sign in Blood can be used for a final win if your that close.

Aside from that and the land, 1 of which gives you a point of life, your left simply with Terminate and Fleshbag in the main deck which are solid removal. The rest of the deck is Removal/Win Condition.

The SB offers more disruption in Duress and Thought Hemorrhage, as well as Pithing Needle. With pyroclasm left as an additional sweeper.

Possibly, but why talk about him in what could be perceived in a negative light behind his back? The motivations for even making such a remark are suspect and the reactions are justified.

The deck was working without Blightning, and I had reasons for not using it initially. I've tried a lot of things per suggestion and some worked and others did not. In the end, Blightning is working.

It really seems though, that this is the place you post unique deck lists that are striving to become competitive. You have dissuaded me from doing so every step of the way. Again, I've asked the moderators to step in and sort out our differences here but your persistence is unwarranted and unproductive. Please stop, there is no reason for this.

Board may make good use of Thought Hemorrhage, this won't trigger discard but it will entirely remove a threat that otherwise would be troublesome and can remove cards from your opponents already thinned hand. Also consider Burning Inquiry as after Megrim is in place is forces discard of 3 from opponent.

I don't think you even understand the purpose of this forum. Read the FAQ, and notice carefully subtle clues like "budget construction discussion is allowed". I'm sorry you feel you need to backseat mod and harass me out of here. Perhaps we've crossed paths in the past and I just don't remember or recognize you. Regardless, your hostility and persistence are unwarranted and unwelcome.

You have added just about nothing to this thread which you have like 6 posts in and you've subtly needled and or insulted me in almost every one of your posts to the point where just your presence alone is harassing in and of itself.

Please, in the future, don't have any contact or interaction with me what so ever. I want absolutely nothing to do with you.
