    I mean, as far as my state goes we're doing pretty well on climate stuff. I'm sure California is in the top five states as far as that goes. The issue is that huge, huge swathes of the country just don't care, and there's very little that can be done to influence them, especially when larger corporations are pushing against it.

    I mean... let's be clear about the state of the Democrat Party right now: It's at best only got an active comfortable majority in states that are considered to be a part of a coastline and Illinois. Nevada, Colorado, Minnesota, New Mexico, and even New Hampshire were all won by Clinton in margins that Gary Johnson and/or Evan McMullin covered, meaning she could have lost those states if there had been no 3rd Party presence.

    The attitude that minds can't be changed is exactly what put Hillary Clinton and the Democrats into this mess in the first place.

    I think minds can be changed. But I don't think I, personally, can do much in those states. Which is more what I was talking about. The suggestion was writing to my government to try and push for more action with the environment, but in my state we're doing pretty well on that. Other states? Not really. And I have no real way to impact that short of just trying to contact people in those states, which is a really inefficient method.

    commanders without converted mana cost
    What? How would that be done? An "oloro-like" continious effect while in the command zone as they could not be casted? To make a cicle of those would mean terrible balancing issues.

    it was half-joke half-serious, as it feels a bit, that wizards are doing thingsa just for the sake of it.
    look at previous commander products for example.
    it is not that bad, there just seems to be a tendency to force new things, instead of bringing back old, but working good stuff.
    for example, the new partner mechanic is nice, but you end up with 2 weak commanders, and sometimes the decks they are in seem completely out of place (for example Bronson in the grixis-white deck)

    I don't really feel like any of the Commander stuff has been "done for the sake of it". They've done oddball things, but that's because they're trying to explore stuff they can only do here.

    Trump policy update: He's trying to find a way out of the Paris Agreement, without going through the expected four year stepdown process. [link]

    Every time I start to feel like I might manage to not be sick with worry, things like this happen.

    @Lithl

    From what I saw they didn't go into much detail or time (I could be wrong), they won't go up against central banking which is a communist idea so there is still set intrests. The online sources/media covered the emails a lot better, and other things). Hillary is a puppet that represents a whole bunch of people and set interests including the owners of the media. Trump has his own money and not bought off from places like Saudi Arabia and Qatar which Wikileaks has shown have connections to ISIS and not sure if fox gave that much... I guess looking from it from an anarchists view the right and left are sorta similar and elements of each can be found in both sides.

    @Rodyle

    It's so easy to pass stuff off, not look into and not come up with an argument, when its from sources like that...

    And the bias, I think its more to do with the same people that donate to Hillary own the media. There will be a cultural marxism agenda they want to push to bring the people closer to communism while they laugh and rule above. These protests are protesting democracy, they are communist protesters, these were the Hillary voters the liberals stirred on by the bias media.

    They aren't protesting democracy. If this was a direct democracy Trump wouldn't even have won. They're protesting because people are scared, and worried, because Trump has pretty much pushed things to even more polarized than it already has been, and he's done nothing to make the people who didn't vote for him feel relaxed. It's a vast, vast, oversimplification of what's going on if that's what you think is going on.

    That's generally my thought on it too. It's a shame but I don't think the interest is strong enough for the average person. And even if they could afford the special effects I think people would get burnt out by the more mind bending/shifting aspect of it all.

    Kind of surprised there wasn't a thread for this, did anyone else see it? I really liked it quite a bit, but haven't seen a ton of discussion. He's one of the few superheroes I know decently well so there were some inconsistencies that bugged me, but generally I accepted them because of the nature of a Marvel superhero movie. What about anyone else, any thoughts?
