Jester's Scepter exiles the top five cards of target player's library face down. Does this prevent them from being put onto the battlefield with Oblivion Sower's ability?
I'm ok with proxies as long as they're improvements on the previous card (such as replacing a card's boring art with something interesting). You have to put at least some work into making proxies that look better than the original, so I respect that and let people play with them.
So, I'm working on a budget turbo-fog Sigarda deck, and while looking through repeatable sources of damage prevention I found Martyr's Cause, Story Circle, and Righteous Aura. I only have space for one of them, but I can't tell which one has the most utility. Suggestions?
So, planeswalkers so far have sparked due to traumatic/stressful circumstances, right? Childbirth falls under those parameters, so if a pregnant mother sparked, would the child come with her?

What do you think about having more reprints in Standard. I'm not talking about format staples or powerful cards. Just cards for limited/draft chaff. For example, instead of Decision Paralysis in Amonkhet, they just reprinted Frost Breath. Instead of Colossapede, Lichenthrope. Instead of Blighted Bat, print Devouring Swarm or Ebon Drake or Crow of Dark Tidings. Being such a minimal alteration to the draft environment and the fact that it wouldn't see tournament play either way, does it make that much of a difference if Wizards just uses pre-existing cards? Or am I just missing something obvious?
I'm working on a Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Commander deck that is Burn-Centric. Would Bitter Feud be a good addition in order to make burn spells more effective in a format with 40 life?
