Makes sense, Karn's only really good at being colorless. Have you considered Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain or Honor-Worn Shaku?

So if the plan is making mana off planeswalkers, why no Chandra, Bold Pyromancer?

Mono-Red is vastly underestimated in edh. So im not surprised that you rate them so low. Its a shame though.

I love Sisay. She was my first deck when i started, and if you wanna use hero's podium she is the colors and ability you want. Problem is gonna be the budget. Some of those parts are gonna end up costing quite a lot.

Id personally recommend Reki history of Kamigawa legendball though due to me valueing being different more than competitive in our expensive cardboard. Its honestly very solid and performs well.

If you go sisay we can offer cute tech all day, but honestly its already been done enough and there's opportunity for something a bit more fresh with only legends.

Edit: Tribal legendary Empress Galina might be a potential deck thats been unexplored. Blue cant lose if it wanted.

Yahenni - Black/White Oath, This set
Saheeli - Red/Blue Oath, This set
Ashiok - Blue/Black Oath, Next block
Tamiyo - White/Blue Oath, Next block
Arlin - Red/Green Oath, Two blocks from now
Garruk - Green/Black Oath, Two blocks from now
Nahiri - Red/White Oath, Three blocks from now
Kiora - Green/Blue Oath, Three blocks from now
Koth - Black/Red Oath, Four blocks from now
Ugin - Colorless Oath, Four blocks from now
Everybody in the watch - Five color Oath, Four blocks away second set.

Some where in between we'll see a new cycle of bad guy planeswalker support cards forming a League of Evil walkers, probably sorceries like the current Nicol Bolas card.

All just baseless speculation but I've been exceptionally good at guessing so far.

Isn't nahiri kind of unhindged? I don't see her having a place in the gatewatch after shadows.

Thing is. Nobody besides Sorin should be aware of her involvement in Shadows.

On a second thought i realize that Rhal Zarek is just as likely as Saheeli considering that the Ravnica Gorgon and Izzet radar thing should be coming up very soon and thats just where the watch happens to be based.

Edit: My theory is also reliant on Ob Nixilis being the primary Antagonist in that block, his primary motivation being revenge on Nahiri and the Watch. Allies of convience of course.

To make up for getting mods upset I'll give my commander analysis of these guys. I actually play mainly monocoloured decks funny enough so I'm probably not gonna be sure how much space gets devoted to fixing. Thankfully every one of these, commander can go voltron.

I might be most excited about the judge art for Hanna not costing me a first born child.

1.) Saskia, The Unyielding (Largatha from Vikings)
    Art: B
Lore: A, Shes probably no different in personality and story than the typical Lovisa Coldeyes character but we get a glimpse of Valla and the phenomenon known as the Immerstrum from Warstorm Surge. Should have been a warrior though, implying that on this plane normally berserker types are the disciplined fighters.
Effectiveness in 1v1: A-, She may be the best 1v1 commander of this set simply for doubling the amount of damage against a single target. With the new rules for 20 life she becomes borderline unfair. Literally making your entire playmat twice as threatening to single targets with moreso a hasty board.
Effectiveness in pod: B- This is the   commander that immediately draws line in the sand between the different kind of players at the table, and youll quickly see makeshift alliances form almost as soon as you hit the table. The string flicker and reanimation in these colors might be required once public enemy #1 is vanquished.
Setup requirement: A, she's got haste and major setup is only required to OTKO people. Double damage effects on her such as gratuitous violence makes her personally deal 18 with a single connection and multiplies her second ability more than a simple doublestrike would leading to simple 1/1s dealing 4 each. In colors that can go wide or tall no less.
Fun to play with: B+, You get to feel like a threat but will be treated as such, the deck has a lot of room and doesnt force very much in deckbuilding. Loads of options but should either have ghostway type evasion or enough graveyard to sustain the number wraths thrown. If done right will feel like a pain train that never had any rails. The colors still allow a lot of degeneracy if thats your thing.
Fun to play against: B, while its probably cool to see her around there will definitely be games of where someone abusing lifegain will take the damage to watch you melt helplessly. It probably meant you were the bad guy to begin with.

2.) Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis (Interracial Gay Greek Kings)
Art: B+, Almost mirror Anax and Cymede. Similar to other couples card we might never learn which is which. Wizards lost a great opportunity to make them "Partners". I personally find it cute how he took his lovers helmet to run his fingers through his hair. Also I appreciate anything that takes ammo away from potential SJWs.
Lore: B-, On its own a true masterstroke. With a quarter of the partners also from Theros and Kalemne from last year it becomes planar overkill.
Effectiveness in 1v1: C, Modest in a duel, the deck is looking for attrition if going stax, time if landfall. So a tax or hyper ramp might be the only viable builds in a duel. Still provides value but likely will not survive long enough against faster decks. Then again Ive never used a 2/8 body commander.
Effectiveness in a pod: A, unlike many who are only capable of seeing a grouphug/bearhug deck I can see this easily fueling a tremendous advantage in a landfall deck or enabling an enchantment heavy stax shell. Cards that benefit everyone are inherintly asymmetrical to the controller, even ones less onesided than this card. They can be paired with a multitude of blue enchantment style stax to create a web of onesided misery: Words of Wind, Rising Waters, Stasis, Mists of Stagnation, Mana Vortex, Land Equalibrium, Overburden, just to name a few. Combined with plenty white stax creatures such as World Queller, Hokori and Kataki, red things such as Stranglehold and Burning Sands, and some orbs of Dreams, Winter, Stasis, Torpor, Mindlock, and such you can easily set yourself to be the only playing before long. If you're type to fear your opponents running away with the game you can always include cards similar to Ward of Bones, Jin-Tax-Us-Of-Our-Fun, or just enough of the white taxing cards that they couldnt dream of keeping up if you gave them all the draw in the world. Or maybe you want to make a pillowfort filled with all the silly wincons such as Azorious Electors and Labratory Maniac. If your commander is nothing but fuel its all fair play. Might be interesting to throw in moonfolk and run minecraft.
Setup Requirement: B+, these two are essentially gas with 8 toughness. Unless you are playing with a stax shell they will likely serve their purpose of getting you to your destination without much hassle. If you are playing stax you have to be prepared or accidently find yourself in locked out with your opponents.
Fun to play with: C+, while there probably many different ways to construct them they also seem like the types to grow stale and boring with enough play. Likely finding yourself fishing up the same, wincons endlessly.
Fun to play against: A+ or F-, either they are intent on letting everyone play or nobody play. Based entirely on pilot.

3.) Breya, Etherium Shaper (Boobs and Butt somehow maintain shape even when replaced with etherium)
Art: A, I think its pretty. A tired, very basic pose but still great.
Lore: B, The color of her hair. What looks like an Etherium halo. I may the only one thinking she may have been an angel prior to her body modifications. Either way esper is a world without naturally occuring green or red mana. The implications of an esperite who is also red are possibly profound.
Effectiveness in 1v1: B-, the ability to gain 5 life, is more lifesaving when you're back to 20. The built in removal and possible wincon make her a something capable of doing nearly anything given the room.
Effectiveness in a pod: A, typical esper can be nearly impossible to oppose without the entire table's backing. With the addition of goblin welder and scrap mastery she is likely to l see the most play around my meta. If infinite mana is permitted will be a wincon in the command zone. Likewise between the  reanimation or blink there isnt much effort in producing as many thopters as you need and the same rocks that power the funace can be loaded into the canon.
Setup required: C-, while she might be capable of a bit on her own she requires actual combo pieces and decent setup. Not hard to assemble but may be difficult to protect.
Fun to play with: A-, I like to imagine playing her is what it would be like to experience an alien invasion of earth from the alien's point of view. Crushing, insurmountable technological advantage, that might be stopped with a plucky earthling's vandalblast or a well timed K-grip to the mothership. Id make a janky tribal thopter personally.
Fun to play against: C-, Possibly oppressive, probably durdly, but always a nuke an arms length away.

4.) Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder (Ruhan of the Maelstrom)
Art: D, No explanation. Just think its bunk.
Lore: D, Nothing new to see here. Move along.
Effectiveness in 1v1:  B+, He is just Value. Value is good. Connecting will be an issue.
Effectiveness in Pod: B+, If built properly isn't as random as it appears. Even without topdeck manipulation the control of the CMC allows a very good idea of what youre getting. The lack of haste is offset by having more opponents to trigger with.
Setup Requirement: A, You can stack up some extra cast triggers such as Rashmi or haste but to function all you need is a target.
Fun to play with: A-, Whether you are casting spells with reckless abandon just to see what happens or a carefully calculated cascade with an optimized deck he should be more than capable of allowing the pilot to feel as if they were truely playing with fire. At the very worst cascad will allow you to break through counterspell heavy decks.
Fun to play against: B, Maybe the gods of RNG truely hate you, your opponent's worst cards are the stuff of nightmares and they push you off the table in a single go. Every trigger could wiff. Its all out of your control so you can't be too upset no matter the results.

5.) Atraxa, Praetor's Voice (New Sliver Eldrazi Phyrexian Angel)
Art: B+, Pretty, nothing in particular to mention.
Lore: A+, All the praetors got together to create a their idea of perfection, Urabrask doesnt play with others and opted to pass on the project. Essentially the embodiment of the Phyrexian ideal incarnate. Missing the emotional side of phyrexia that only Urabrask possesses, translates into the mechanics on the card. All mechanical, all power, nothing unique, no feeling, just goodstuff stuck together with wings with no heart.
Effectiveness in 1v1: A, Goodstuff, with good colors, on a good body, with good keywords, and synergy. Mainly infect builds, and occasional counter manipulation. Too streamlined to have any exciting archetypes in duel.
Effectiveness in pod: A-, Whether superfriends, voltron, counter matters, or even going wide on tokens with Odric Keyword Pope and Concerted Effort, should be equal parts effective and easy to build.
Setup requirements: C+, Although you dont have anything to proliferate you run the colors to pack literally any combination of tutors you like to assemble whatever you please, as well as the ramp and draw to get anywhere you want. Without first strike and trample shes only a big threat not an unstoppable one.
Fun to play with: C+, Good for winning, bad for fun unless thats the only thing that matters. Very uninspiring and predictable, and but plenty of people love to do the same thing endlessly or what they call "consistency."
Fun to play against: C, The commander might be hard to swing around, but the main gripe will be the return of more infect decks into the format.

But my paints are thick and its my first time doing one of these.

Honestly theres so many options for a voltron that you gotta give us a bit more than that if you expect a good answer. But if youre mainly worried about losing your stuff try Thrun or Wydwen I guess.

I mean that kinda response is the stuff im talking about. People on this site miss the whole point of edh so much that anyone not playing azami is playing 99 craw with petrogylphs wincon. Like combo is some sort of glorious master race when its really just picking oddball in goldeneye.

That response is indicative of a severe lack of "fun" since your volcan brain still cant process any other response than "git gud, cast omniscience, thin your paints"

Thank you, I understand wanting Boros to have more diversity. I make them but always end up with MLD. Ive only ever had exponentially more fun with group hug decks in the mix but those extremely rare where I've played. Same with chaos actually.

Interaction meant with other players, not in a solitaire way.

I was really hoping decks like the them would help the meta a bit because the gf and I are on the verge of selling everything and quitting.

I dont think theres anything more tedius than playing against more Grand Arbiter, Ertai, Ertai, Nekusar, and Espergoodstuff people. Ever since I moved back to southern california I have had fun maybe a couple of times and thats basically all there is. Instead of just a couple tryhards or rich kids in the store packing the mana crypts and mana drains its somehow normal for every deck here to be running the most broken everything they can. The meta is horrendous. Just a bunch of fat dudes and wierdos with completely foiled good stuff decks cyclonic rifting until someone has enough islands to win. Which is the whole problem I guess. Apparently only weirdos play magic in southern california.

I mean I win more than enough of the time... Its just not satisfying at all. Nobody is laughing, nobody is smiling, nobody is happy... I dont get it. Just watching an espergoodstuff pissing contest while whoever is in the lead occasionally looks at spells with a dismisive smirk muttering "Ill allow it" to every spell cast as if we needed permission from Oona herself.

Im not asking people to be creative if they can only netdeck, not asking for half the deck to be pet cards. Just fun man.

Mtg salvation posters seemed similiar at a glance and I figured I might glean perspective,

TL;DR my meta is depressing but maybe so is magic.

Ive lurked these forums on and off for years. Mainly for spoilers, since the people of this site seem incapable of being pleased with anything that isnt the an izzet legend to break artifacts over the knee with. So Reddit or something are usually better for talking about cards instead of all the ways wizards not printing a cyclonic rift legendary is a crushing disappointment. So I just made this account to ask OP a very simple question:

    Do you actually have fun?

I mean this cardboard is VERY expensive, but it is still cardboard. It doesn't do anything other than give you the ability, or maybe excuse, to sit across a table from someone else with expensive cardboard and hang out.

Ive met plenty of salty neckbeards who refuse to have fun, hate interaction, and most of all "losing", but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Are you actually enjoying yourself? Or is it just expensive solitaire in a smelly room?
