"Underrated" assumes people even know it exists. At this point I know very few people that don't have to read the card to know what the ability even does.

I went with white since that's the norm, but giving your team haste is huge. In a format of 4/4s it's nice to have all your team hitting with first strike too.

What do you think of my Slivers list? It was originally modeled after yours, but I've made significant changes to it over time, with the help of a friend of mine.

Burn got a huge kick in the pants with Firebrand Archers and Thermo-Alchemist. Both give the deck even more inevitability and having bodies on the table is always nice.

The Slivers I have right now are Green/White since that seems to be the normal way to do it, but Red/Green was my favorite. I may have to pick up another set of Bolts and try it out again.

Took out Jeskai Kuldotha since I hear that's too slow these days. Added Boros Kuldotha since that seems to be all the rage - and it's got some new cards in there since I last updated. I hate Teachings.1-game.time.dec so I changed that over to Dimrova Tron. We'll see how it goes, but it feels like a similar deck to the annoyingly slow Teachings, but it can actually get there.

Burn added those 2 creatures that make it a lot better and for the most part all 22 of the decks are with 5 cards of the last time I played them.

    Metagame moves slow.

Pretty sure Dark Depths enters with those counters and the counters are not put on it.
    Yeah?

Cumulative Upkeep stuff looks good though.

Don't worry approximately next week it should get a price drop, just not to the 3.5 from before. Probably about to $13-$16ish

I thought the same thing once:

I've done a few more MTG related tattoos since I posted that one.
Here's a cover up that was about as close to impossible as I thought I'd run into but we found an image from Mirage that worked.

Another one that's mostly finished, but we're doing a bunch of stuff on the back to are hiding off until we get that figured out:

Went to order all of the new commanders cash in hand. Did not see an option to buy them non-foil. Deleted cart.

I was planning on adding them all to my EDH Cube, but since readability is a huge priority (even huger than my hatred for foils) these things are worthless to me. Like literally, if you offered to give them to me for free I would decline because they take up space that readable cards could be taking.

The Partner cards were something I was really looking forward to too.

    Galspanic, come back!

Edit: Mod meetup right now at Wildfire's house. We're playing my cube, and bobthefunny just went infinite with Palinchron, E-Wit, and Rite of Replication, flipping Erayo in the process. He got there from Prophet of Kruphix and Primeval Titan (his Protean Hulk is currently nerfed by Anafenza). So Sheldon, what I'm saying is you guys are doing a good job.

    I never left.

Clearly it's better but at 5 mana it's going to be nearly unplayable in a lot of situations.

Hard to believe it's the same guys who ban cloud of Faeries in Pauper and edited Peregrin as a common.
How stupid they are ! Another proof than WotC really don't care about Pauper.
Huh?! Fairie costs 2 and cycles while Drake costs 5. What I see here is a move to imply they might actually care about Pauper - take a combo deck that was a little too good and too hard to interact with and make it possibly playable but at a much larger/slower cost. If you think that they functionally unbanned Cloud then you need some serious assessment skills. This makes Familiars a ~possibly~ playable deck but when your key piece can't come down until at least 2 turns later and doesn't cycle it is the difference between winning sometimes and losing all the time.

Any idea if Muddle the Mixture foils will come back down from the stratosphere? Knew I shouldn't have waited on one for my mono U deck...
When they reprint them.. not the next time they do, but the NEXT time after that.

I was missing about $4 worth of stuff for the deck and grabbed it a few days ago. I don't know if it's good or not, but it's combo and it's new. That's enough for me.

I'll just break apart my Affinity deck to try it out for now, but it looks like it goes 90% Affinity with the board anyway.

How well placed is a vanilla 3/4 in the metagame, anyways?
That's the questions I asked myself that led to me thinking this card won't be high-impact. A lot of decks can crap out 4/4s by the time this thing will be ready to go. Basically pauper is a format where aggressive decks aims to put out a few 4/4s and start swinging on turn 3-4, or they want to weenie spam. A 3/4 deals poorly with both.

I'm only looking at two cards at the moment:
    Archangel Avacyn replacing Geist-Honored Monk
    Nahiri's Machinations replacing Eight-and-a-Half-Tails

Taking 2 white cards and replacing them with multicolored cards is a pretty big thing - it wipes out two solid cards that are playable in 10 multicolored schemes and puts cards that are playable in only 4.

has everyone forgotten that stupid hydra that is literally half of primeval titan? instant format break, yet again...
Literally? It doesn't have trample, it only fetches one land upon ETB, and it doesn't grab more lands when it attacks. Thinking of this as "half of primeval titan" is like calling Counterspell half of Double Negative - while technically Counterspell is, it's probably 3-4 times better because cost, effect, and overall place in the game matter a lot.

This card will see play, but until you can tutor up combos on its own it is NOT Primeval Titan.
