I know this blog entry is a bit old, but you should add "Duct tap is like the Force, it has a light side and a dark side and binds the Universe together."
Also, Alphabetically organize the list. (it makes seeing if the suggestion isn't there easier.)
Edit: Nevermind, it is there. And this is what I mean by you should alphabetically organize this.

I don't think you can even prevent damage after it resolves. because when it resolves he chooses to target your planeswalker or not to, and damage is dealt. you would have to play the ability while the damage is on the stack. But i could be wrong. After all I'm not a rules expert.
Stepping Stones
land
:4mana::symtap: target creature gets islandwalk
add to your mana pool.
Edit: changed ability cost from 2 to 4
You forgot that it is also a color shifted sea's claim
I think white should get more medium sized creatures, after all part of white is combat (:D akroma, angel of wrath). But part of red is also combat ( akroma, angel of fury). And then two colors converge if only briefly.
Well now I know why you are a rules advisor.
What I meant was that warp world resets the game in a sense. And gives everyone a fresh start. Although one persons deck might be more likely to get good cards out and have enough cards in play, perhaps if it was changed so both players revealed the same amount of cards it would be more of a balanced card. Although red does have chaos, red does not do much when it comes to changing cards into something else which is what this card implies. And if I go by your logic then shouldn't polymorph and spellshift be red cards. strength wise warp worlds would be better in white because white gets more permanents typicly and can preotect them well.
in the name of sarcomite myr and tribal
Corrupt Matrix
:3mana::symu::symu:
tribal artifact- myr
:3mana::symu::symu:: put a 1/1 blue myr artifact creature token into play
all myr have target myr gains shroud until end of turn
card frame shows that it is a blue artifact.
myr would not act like slivers, but more like the tribes in lorwyn, so no sliver comments.
what i mean by corrupt is that it has been tainted to produce fleshy creatures.
Raging Earth
:1mana::symgr::symgr::symrg:
creature- elemental
rare
If a was used to play Raging Earth then Raging Earth comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it and it has trample until end of turn.
If a was used to play Raging Earth then Raging Earth comes into play with a +1/+1 counter on it and it has haste until end of turn.
2/1
I think this makes me a hypocrite.
