(I almost never do that either.)
The DQs are kind of silly, but they pretty much always are by nature. I personally think that if it matches the spirit of the round it should be eligible for votes with a red-letter note in the list.

NOTE: Requirements said this shouldn't be over 5 cmc. If this gets in we would prob need to cut something over 5 cmc. Only vote for this if you absolutely love it.
We could keep the spoils wording as is by just adding slightly more than average land destruction for limited (I'd say more but at weaker power maybe). That might actually be an interesting idea since if we think of a standard that includes Aegea block (which I'd be interested in) it would help balance out all the powerful formation.
