Don't like this designs, pass.
Edit:
They don't really need to cost 0, that is you fetiche but that makes them boring
Most of those abilities don't make sense and You'll most likely just uses this for what the token type provides (draw, life, mana)
You can't change what treasure or powerstones do, since that means you are making something knew or you'd have to retroactively errata all of those.
or you could use voting clause to resolve this spell player by player.
Starting with you, each player may put a creature card with mana value 5 or less from their hand onto the battlefield, and if they do, they may have target creature they control fight another target creature they don't control.
Well bigger on the inside will be going into my Maelstrom Wanderer deck. had a rules question on it. I have several cards that can untap lands such as Garruk Wildspeaker and Kiora's Follower. If I use Bigger on the Inside lets say 3 times for example will my next spell have Cascade, Cascade, Cascade or will my next 3 spells have cascade?
Divine Inscription needs a timing for the trigger (An have it actually be a trigger as opposed as a static ability which is what it is now), like most win the game cards they check at the beginning of your upkeep, otherwise it would be broken. I also don't believe that it should be colorless as is giving all deck access to the card is bad. I'd rather put it in colors which have a harder time putiing permanents into play as to give the card some kind of challenge for its effect.
In the end effect should read like:
At the beginning of your upkeep, if the total mana value among nonland permanents you control is 35 or greater, you win the game.
