KCI does nothing, and then all of a sudden it wins. Seems kinda lame to do nothing and then just win. Dredge I’m afraid of the ban hammer so I don’t want to play that deck. I have Bant vizier company and I like that but I think I might want to change that up somewhat. What’s the best vizier deck? Any other ideas?

I want a deck that feels like its doing something busted. Grishoalbrand seems fun but it also seems inconsistent and easily disruptable. Budget's not super important but through the breach and vengeance are out of budget.

How does this deck compare to bridgevine?
    (Other than being 800$ cheaper)

I just did some testing and I think that vclique as a 1 of in the main is fine. 2 is less than ideal. I couldn’t keep a 2 clique hand. I’m going back up to 3 witness. I’m going to use 3 knight of autumn in the board because I feel like they are better than finks even with Vizier letting them block even more. They also free up an extra sideboard slot due to their multipurposenes. Knight of Autumn is a godsend

Knight of Autumn Maindeckable? Or is it sweet sideboard tech?
In case this link isnt up yet its:

    Knight of Autumn 1GW
    Creature — Dryad Knight {R}
When Knight of Autumn enters the battlefield, choose one —
    • Put two +1/+1 counters on Knight of Autumn.
    • Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
    • You gain 4 life.
    2/1

In the vizier version of the deck I still feel like its better than finks out of the board for everything except burn. Its better than manglehorn/rec sage/kataki/pridemage and when you need to put on pressure, its a good solid beater. Im going to put two in the board right away over a pridemage and a manglehorn. In fact I think I'll go up to three in the board cutting 1 of my two kitchen finx. Heres my new sideboard for this card.

    3 Knight of Autumn
    1 Eidolon of Rhetoric
    3 Path to Exile
    2 Scavenging Ooze
    1 Izzet Staticaster
    2 Unified Will
    1 Selfless Spirit
    1 Worship
    1 Bojuka Bog

I'd love any tweaks or suggestions to my sideboard
Also total side note, what do people think about vendilion clique in the vizier build it can serve as a threat, removal bait, and combo protection. I have no issues with the UU cost either. Im currently on a 2/2/2 split of reflector mage, spell queller, and vendillion clique mainboard and it feels great

I feel like the new Assassin's Trophy might push BGx decks to be more powerful than ours unfortunately. Its a better card than Terminate or Dreadbore which are our unconditional removal spells. What do ya'll think?

For titanshift or btl scapeshift, can you win game 1 vs storm or other fast Aggro decks like humans or hollow one or burn? Are there any just dead matchups?

Im looking for another modern deck...again. So I've currently got Bant Knightfall with the Druid Combo and I love it. Its probably my favorite deck that ive ever played. I also recently made mardu pyromancer thinking that i would love the epitome of the fair decks. Unfortunately, the deck is too threat light for me and its very poorly positioned right now. I'm not super concerned about budget but i cant shell out for goyfs or snappys or opals. I think I want to play some sort of a non goldfishing combo deck. Storm/ad nauseam/Jeskai Ascendancy just goldfish and thats no fun for an opponent. I want to be competitive but maybe not a super duper common deck. Also the goryos as foretold deck looked sweet but grishoalbrand seems just better. Bring to light seems boring tbh. Ive got marsh flats, flooded strands, windsweapt heath, and bloodstained mires. But it doesnt have to be in those colors necesarily. Combo's not mandatory either but i want to feel like im doing something busted
    sorry for the long post!

    TL:DR
Combo deck thats not super boring for the opponent because we can both play magic. My dream scenario is we both play the game but i wind up with a victory because i get some sort of an "i win" scenario

Although not top performing at the moment, Scapeshift is dramatically cheaper now than it ever was before, and you can play many different variants. Naya, RUG, and RG with or without Bloodbraid Elf.

What's neat about Scapeshift is that it has the absurd matchup against fair decks, but somehow stuggles against more linear combo decks. So the splashes and sideboard are usually over dedicated to that notion.

I don’t find that deck appealing because it seems incredibly repetitive and boring. I like the idea of bridge vine. It seems really fun. Although I worry that it needs interaction or something like that. Is it viable even without interaction? Or is something like hollow one with bolts and brutalities better?

What is a better sideboard card, fulminator mage or molten rain? For my list I run a LtLH main and the K-Commands. Molten Rain triggers Young Peezy and Bedlam Reveler but Fulminator mage can block, then sac and be revived much easier. Am I still the only one whos on blood moons? I have won so may games with them and I dont think that I could cut them for white. And what about Pack Rat instead of rabblemaster???

For those who play Nihil Spellbomb, how has it been working out? I currently have 3 surgical extraction and 2 rakdos charm. Spellbomb seems a little slow against vengevine and hollow one.

IN my experience Spellbomb has been the best form of gy hate because it replaces itself with its card draw. However it is optional so if you need the mana or to pop the yard immediately you don’t have to draw the card. I play three and I like it but I’m thinking that I’ll take one out for a surgical to pair with my fulminators. Spellbomb also isn’t really a dead draw like surgical or Leyline because it can replace itself

I find that stony silence is a very good 2 of in my board. It helps a lot against the tron matchup, makes an already good affinity matchup better, makes KCI lose on the spot pretty much, helps with ad nauseam, shuts down hardened scales affinity and turns off aether vials. I run two of it and one Wear // Tear in the board and im loving them

I’ve got two suggestions that are I’m curious about. Goblin dsrkdwellers and greater gargadon. Dark dwellers gets a k-command back and that feels good. It’s too much mana though but we have looting to get that mana. Gargadonbis a big dude that we can sac out chumps to

I just did an fnm and the single mana tithe came up twice. Against Esper control it countered a turn three Geist of Saint Traft and against jund it countered a k-command which led to winning. I think it’s great. It also counters karn
