That's not the point. You don't get creatures pumped by each type shared... but they will share a type with pretty much every creature on the board. So your team gets maximum possible benefit from the coat, while other people get significantly less (unless they're ALL playing the same tribe, which seems unlikely).
One must wonder if there's enough good multiplayer changelings to support an all-shapeshifter beatdown deck though.
One of the biggest reasons that the media makes such a big deal, is that 9/11 was an event in which members of a foriegn state made an attack on American soil, not just against American property. It was the only time that America itself has been attacked since the Revolutionary War.
I bet piledriver is in the goblin one anyway. Why wouldn't they put iconic creatures in them? I wonder what elves are posssibly good enough to compete with the goblins.
My theory is they're going to leave out some of the more powerful goblins to give elves a chance. Granted, that would be annoying to any veteran player, but I doubt they'd really make something like this if the decks were totally imbalanced.
Instant
If a creature would be put into play under an opponent's control this turn, put it into play under your control instead.
What happens if someone is attacking and uses an ability that puts creatures into play attacking, and you respond with this?
Do the creatures come into play attacking him? Attacking you? Not attacking?
Bah, missed that :/

Maybe he means "with the legacy card pool". As in, no elf cards or anything else have been pushed up to the ridiculousness of full card pool goblins.

Say Shared Fate is in play, both players have no creatures, no libraries (or no kill conditions in either library or in hand), no hands.
Uh, no.
War of 1812, for starters.
