Ruthless Disposal has two target creatures each get -13/-13 until the end of the turn. This this mean if those creatures toughness is 13 or less they are destroyed and sent to the graveyard? If not, are these creatures able to block if they don't have toughness? Thanks!
My buddy played a Barrage Ogre. He insisted that he can use the ability AND attack with it in the same turn. I suggested that he couldn't, but carried on and whooped him any way. Who is right?

I played the card Desperate Sentry. It died and I put a 3/2 colorless token on the board. My friend then said that it had summoning sickness and wouldn't be able to attack my next turn. I said the summoning sickness would be over when my next turn begins and that it should be able to attack. Who is right?
