Hi Everyone, Ended up making day 2 at GP Sydney (Unified Modern) with my team mates on Humans and Mono Green Tron.
In a team scenario the deck felt great unfortunately we ended up missing top 4 by a couple of consecutive losses.
day one my own record was 6-2 losing only to humans and bloodbraidless jund. beating out affinity, tron 3 times, eldrazi tron and humans. i ended up going with a standard sideboard
    2 Grave Titan
    1 Dragonlord Dromoka
    2 Hurkyl's Recall
    1 Bontu's
    1 supreme Verdict
    2 fatal push
    4 leyline
    1 pact of negation
    1 echoing truth

After a lot of testing with the Gift's sideboard I have to say i just like this more, any thoughts ?
either way i thought i would just say i still love the deck even with humans being a thing, mainboard slaughterpact seemed to be a saving grace. anyone else play at the GP ?

Hi guys ive changed the list's mana base thanks to the input from everyone, seems very stable in fact i've really been favoring the extra temples.

just trying to put together a sideboard guide ready for the event any input here would also be welcome.

at the moment my board is
    4 leyline of sancity
    1 grave titan
    1 elesh norn
    1 dragonlord dramoka
    2 bontu's last reckoning
    3 gifts ungiven
    1 unburial rites
    1 echoing truth
    1 slaughter pact

Hi guys needing a bit of help with an issue due to a modern unified modern event, currently the team is using two decks with seachrome coast wondering if there is an effective way to pivot this out of humans without disrupting the mana to much ? ive seen the use of Reflecting Pool and just cant agree with it, is going up on basics doable with a deck like this ?

Hello everyone my friends and i are looking at this deck to potentially take to the team modern GP in Sydney. i have a couple of questions regarding i guess flex slots ?

My friends and i have been playing the deck with snow lands and scrying sheets as a way to dig without altering the deck to much, through testing so far i have found mutavault to be less impressive, once the lock is established and you are looking for threats scrying during your opponents end step to rip a mountain off the top has been a great way to get rid of that dead draw, ive also main boarded hazoret into the build giving a consistent discard outlet and damage dealer.

wondering if i could get some more information about the use of mutavault ?

excited to see this deck develop !

Hi everyone. I've been cramming some local Events in Melbourne recently and I've been quite happy with the deck. Im running a list very similar to Andrew browns from GP Indy fixing the mana base somewhat to allow for etheral haze in the side as recently I have come up against grishoal quite a lot. I wanted to gauge what thoughts are still surrounding the more "transformational" board I feel like it has really been quite good but from all that I see it is still not something that comes up very often. Also I know this isn't a selling forum but I'm looking at swapping my foiled ad naus deck for a regular deck plus value to help me break into legacy does anyone know of any good forums or ideas that could potentially help out ? These ones here in Aus haven't been much help to me cheers guys Smile

Hi everyone first post to this primer, I've been playing modern now for about 2 years and for the past year I have played nothing but grishoalbrand. Now with dredge on the rise and graveyard hate being at an all time high I have made the swap to ad nauseam and all I can say is that this deck is unreal. the list I was drawn to was Alessandro Casamenti's which he used to win WMCQ Rome, the reason I'm posting this comment though is focused on the sideboard. I have been trying to make alterations and I have looked at many lists through this primer my meta has 1 infect player that I hope to dodge and a fair few combo players grishoalbrand, dredge, restore balance, living end and Cheerios and then stock standard jund affinity and burn. Not a lot of control and at least 3 bant eldrazi players. With so many options in terms of Colour I'm finding it hard to make a somewhat stock list which I fell comfortable taking any help would be much appreciated.
