Ok, So here is the red results.
I did a few extra calculations for your viewing pleasure (ok, it actually makes it look kind of ugly
But I hope the extra data can be of use to you.
So looking at the break down, Sulfuric Vortex is once again our winner,
Looking at the next 3 cards, Goblin guide, Sneak Attack, and Chandra scored the next highest respectively by looking at averages, but looking at Medians, they are inverse of each other. This Variation probably has to do partly with how new Chandra is, and people are finding her to be good, but there is not a consensus yet of how good she is. you can see this through her higher standard deviation.
Inferno Titan managed to move up from # 10 last year to # 7 Lightning Bolt seems to randomly strike a different spot every year, this year it went up 4 spots from 13 to 9
The Biggest Losers
Koth of the hammer, which ranked last year at # 3 fell to number 8. Most likely due to the new Chandra making koth less desirable Flametongue Kavu, dropped from 11 to 17 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker dropped off the map this year and ranked # 43!
Siege-gang commander also dropped to the #22 spot.
I run thirst for knowledge at 360 to support the artifact deck a little bit more.
If you are supporting it, I think you should give it a try, if not then cut it.
my cube is unpowered, but last night it played really nicely.
I only drew it once but went
Turn one, Land -> mox diamond - Thalia, guardian of thraben (which made my opponent miss his turn 1 thoughtseize hahahaha.
Turn two land, swing, passed turn, draw three during opponents end step.
as for the other cards, I run
Ponder
Preordain
Brainstorm
Fact or Fiction
Dig Through Time
I cut Serum Visions recently for Ponder
As for Ancestral Visions, Treasure Cruise, and Deep Analysis,
I would probably play Ancestral Visions > Deep Analysis > Treasure cruise myself
The part that I found most difficult about the red section is that red is usually seen in a mirriad of different decks (artifacts, draw-go, fires, red aggro to name a few) and while some pieces overlap, often times, all stars in 1 deck are really bad in the other decks, So it's hard to say that such and such a card is better, since it is feels more highly deck dependent than the other colors so far.
* This thread will be open until October 25th during the evening around 8 p.m. MST (10 p.m. eastern)
* Voters are to rank the Top 20 cards for the RED group according to what they would consider most effective at contributing to game wins in a traditional cube environment. Partial lists will not be accepted.
* The VOTING thread is for posting your votes only. Small discussions about the voting, in particular pointing out errors in other voter's rankings and questions about the voting process, are allowed within reasonable length, but otherwise you should use the main CPR thread for discussions.
* Results will be posted in their own thread after this one is closed and all the votes are compiled.
* You can edit your vote freely, up until the moment the thread is closed.

For reference, here's the RED results for the previous three Power Rankings project. I'm including them here to be used as a reference only.
PLEASE NOTE! Since the last year's CPR, the following sets have been released:

Just a heads up, I have been slammed at work since the blue thread closed, but I am working on it.
I hope to have the results thread up by tomorrow night
Added the standard deviation and the Coeficient of Variation (i am not a statitician, so not sure if CV is a correct analysis for this data type)
Just looking at the data, Clearly Balance is number 1, but Armageddon and Elspeth have large STD and look to me to be tied for 2 and 3
After that it gets pretty jumbled. It would be cool to be able to run some concrete statistics on this data.
I am closing this voting for realzy this time
Will start adding the last votes, and then I will update the red voting thread.
Oops.
We will re open voting for 24 hours and then re post results.
Sorry for the confusion

Flames of the Firebrand = Arc Lightning
Reckless Reveler = Torch Fiend
And the following cards, despite having very similar effects, are not considered equal and must be ranked at separated entries:
