Beastmaster Ascension is very weak in this deck. It's more a card for go-wide-strategies and only really works if you slam it the turn you would attack with 7 creatures anyway. There is also absolutely no reason to play Terramorphic Expanse in mono-color decks.
Wasn't aware of Veilborn Ghoul and Krovikan Horror. Never playing but always discarding theses seems like a great way to mitigate the discard 2 drawback without investing mana.
Thanks a lot, this was exactly what I was looking for. Now I can work out the details myself.
He really want's to use those, he doesn't take advice that he shouldn't build around terrible cards. But I want him to have a good deck, it's not fun if he looses all the time.
Any ideas how to turn recurring mediocre creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield into a winning move? I feel like these cards are inherently flawed by their card disadvantage which is even worse in multiplayer.
He could add Prized Amalgam, Stinkweed Imp etc to build a somewhat bad dredge package. I am not convinced dredge is a viable strategy in multiplayer.
Or he could play a Sanitarium SkeletonDrownyard Temple package or Madness cards to discard cards that don't hurt that much, but that sounds like an unreasonable mana investment.
It's really hard to make a budget dragon deck work at 20$. Here's mine, it's ~40$ and build heavily on synergy (similar to the deck from amicdeep) and nuking opponents creatures:
Depending on your meta, you should consider running Mogis's Marauder as evasion. Skulk is pretty bad against 1/x creatures, of which there are plenty. I suspect that in multiplayer it should be easier to find an opponent who doesn't have artifact/black blockers. Maybe just running both is best, actually.
I would consider the new dread wanderer since it can be recast. Also, blood artist is a two drop that ties in tight. Finally, think about a sac outlet like nanotusk which can let you get rid of your guys for profit.
You should re-read what the deck is doing. Your suggestions don't fit the plan.
I think Soul-Scar Mage likes Global effects that deal 2, like EarthquakeX=2, because he actually survives those.
Or 3 if it's a spell, thanks to Prowess. Bring on the Anger of the Gods
I already included prowess.
But thinking about it, Pestilence might also be good since you get to spend one black mana every opponents turn to shrink all enemy creatures. Let's you get away with playing creatures yourself.
I stronglyy recommend Sakura-Tribe Elder as ramp spell because there's synergy with Bosk Banneret and Leaf-Crowned Elder.
Come on, just give him your Bazaar Trader deck.
I wasn't able to make it work in my playgroup. What do you play it with?
To answer OP: Cards I love in multiplayer that weren't mentioned are
God damn technicalities.
I would cut the green. 5 mana is too slow if the deck otherwise put's up no defenses to that point. I would probably jam Pyroclasm instead.

A buddy of mine pulled a few Shadows zombies and now has the idea to build around Advanced StitchwingGeralf's Masterpiece Diregraf Colossus and Ghoulsteed.

The new cards like Dread Wanderer and Lord of the Accursed might also be of interest. Maybe we can make Ghirapur Orrery work?
Any ideas?
