I am also considering Temple Bell and Leyline of Sanctity for this deck.

I have been playing with a modern turbo fog idea. My deck is built around Sphinx's Tutelage as my win condition. My plan is to fog long enough to mill them out. My spells fall into two main categories (prevent damage and draw). my side board focuses on control and life gain for those more difficult match ups. Please give me feedback. I would like to possibly take this deck to a GP.

    Main Board
    4 Ethereal Haze
    4 Holy Day
    4 Dawn Charm
    3 Angelsong
    3 Riot Control
    3 Peek
    3 Visions of Beyond
    3 Sphinx's Revelation
    2 Alhammarret's Archive
    2 Elixir of Immortality
    3 Supreme Verdict
    4 Sphinx's Tutelage
    4 Glacial Fortress
    4 Prairie Stream
    7 Islands
    7 Plains

    Side Board
    4 Healing Hands
    3 Hindering Light
    3 Remand
    3 Terminus
    2 Witchbane Orb

    Maybes
    Ancestral Vision
    Pollen Lullaby
    Spinx of the Final Word

I like getting double duty out of cards if possible:
Dawn Charm gives me some control main board.
Angelsong gives me draw if i don't need it as a fog.
Peek lets me see what is coming and gives me the all important card draw (I know a lot of people use Gitaxian Probe instead, I prefer not to be tempted with Phyrexian Mana).
I like Riot Control because it prevents all damage not just combat damage and it gives me life gain.
I like Ethereal Haze because it prevents non-combat damage dealt by creatures.
I like Visions of Beyond late game as it becomes a draw 3 for one blue.
I have Terminus sideboard for indestructible creatures.
Elixir of Immortality is great because it restocks my library with fogs and helps offset life loss especially if Alhammarret's Archive is on the board.
Alhammarret's Archive speeds up Spinx's Tutelage by doubling my draw spell effects.

Sorry for the long post. i just wanted get my thoughts out so that anyone who replies will know where I am coming from on the deck design.
